This was the jam back in the day. I remember my cousing was obsessed with the video and teh black military-like garb. ROTC? Forget it! She was in the Rhythm Nation baby.

We are a nation with no geographic boundaries Bound together through our beliefs We are like-minded individuals sharing a common vision Pushing toward a world rid of color lines.
Not one of my favorites from the album, but I still like it.

ICONIC. And it hasn't lost one ounce of it's edge, still hard-hitting instrumentally and vocally. That last minute or so after the breakdown is EVERYTHING. Her adlibs... chills.

One of her best choreographed videos ever!! Song itself still holds relevancy to the social injustices of today.

Good song but not my favorite from the album as I prefer "Love Will Never Do Without You", "Black Cat", "Alright", "Escapade", "Miss You Much", and "Come Back To Me" over it.

Strength in numbers. I wish this had hit No.1. It was a song that matters as much as Phil's "Another Day in Paradise." Its message remains relevant and necessary.

Performed by Ne-Yo underneath the mask. I was very happy to see someone finally performing a Janet song on that show. Don't think it's been done before. She really is underrated nowadays. Nice to see the flowers being given to her.

I always liked it and grew to love it, I think at the time I thought the production was to noisy or to busy for me. It was probably my 6th or maybe 7th favorite from the album. Through the years and memories of me dancing to it in dancing school, it may have moved up a bit.
