On Lauryn Hill's CD, Carlos Santana is credited on track 4, 'To Zion', but when 'Ex Factor' was a hit, MuchMoreMusic would always say that Carlos was at the end of that song with the guitar solo. Is that true? Meaning Carlos is on two tracks on the CD?
And is the final track called 'Tell Him' or 'Sweetest Thing [Mahogany Mix]' and if it's the mix, where's the original?

I have a version of "Ex-Factor" on the "Everything Is Everything" single and I don't think Santana is credited, although that doesn't mean he didn't contribute because Lauryn was once sued for not giving credit and/or money. You can search online for the credits.

I have the CD but he's not listed for 'Ex-Factor'.
