The real title is " Dondequiera Que Estes" but I put the English translation because it's what is sung in the song anyway.
Unless you're a Selena fan, or a huge Latin music fan, you probably won't know this.
This is such a fantastic latin flavored R&B track by two of latin music's most successful artists. It came out in 1994 from The Barrio Boyz's album of the same name.
Interestingly enough, the song was Spanglish. The Barrio Boyz sang in English. Selena sang in Spanish.
They probably could have pushed this at CHR/Pop as "Wherever You Are". It would have fit in with a lot of the smooth R&B music in 1994.

Now that I listen to it again...great song! This could've been huge if it had been released in English as well. I agree. I don't know with which song I was confusing this before.

This was a hot song. Their vocals blended so well together.

This is such a JAM... both the Spanish and English versions! I would have loved to see her explore this R&B-flavored Latin sound on future projects... =(

This has been standing out to me lately. I actually prefer the Barrio Boys part, especially the "I'm your first love..." part. It's a bop in general, though.

I'm a big Selena fan, but the Barrio Boyzz were really talented as well. They did a cover of "Try a Little Tenderness" for the soundtrack of one of my favorite 90s movies, Darnell Martin's I Like It Like That (1994), and they kill it!
