And Radar would be a terrible single choice. But I know at least one person who would be happy. Who would think such a thing? :o

She has really had just as much, if not more, success with her last 3 albums than with her first 3 albums. The success of the Circus singles in particular indicate that she is more popular than ever. Her career is going to be measured in decades, not years. 1 down, a few more to go. :)

I love how a song with a current peak of #19 is in the bottom half of her most successful. :worship:

I voted for UY to be the 4th single. It is winning by a lot, hopefully they listen. I also would be cool with OFU, radar, KTL, or SG (lol!). But, they really need to slow it down. GM, POM, BTI, Womanizer, Circus, IUSA are all up-tempos. It has been too long since a Britney ballad was on the radio. I think the timing is perfect to release a slower song. Everyone else releases up-tempos in the summer. She could really stand out, like with Everytime.
Of course I only want the 4th single AFTER this jam rockets to #1!!!

Canadian Update:
The Canadian Hot 100’s second-best digital gain belongs to Britney Spears’ lyrical riddle “If U Seek Amy” (Sony Music). The song rockets 33-7 on Hot Digital Songs (6,000 downloads sold, up 149%). It similarly soars on Hot 100 Airplay (72-45), registering an all-format audience of 3.7 million (up 42%). “Amy” leaps 31-23 on R&R’s CHR/Top 40 tally.

Heard this on the radio for the first time today. It sounds great on the radio. I hope this goes to #1. Its so much better than Circus, in my opinion.

Unusual You has been used on a lot of youtube videos. Especially for movies like Twilight, and Harry Potter. Some of these people are fans of Britney, and some of them are not. I've read comments about these videos, and the song they used, and most of the people who saw the video, and heard Unusual You said "I'm going to go download this off of iTunes now."

More popular than ever with radio playlists, yes. Not with consumers. Don't forget the colossal drop in sales after the Oops album.

Mmmmmm Thanks for the info, but I don't think it's accurate to mix middle-week with official positions. Thus, so far Amy is tied with I'm Not A Girl at #15 with an official peak of #21. It will surely rise this week, but until there is no new official peak, we should just wait IMO ;)

'Radar' is NOWHERE near as good as 'Toxic' (or 'Womanizer', 'Circus' and 'IUSA', for that matter). It's an extremely weak song, and releasing it as a single would be a huge mistake. 'Unusual You' or 'Out From Under' FTW. I agree. The choreography at the show was good, but the song is not really that good. KTL sounds better if we are talking of uptempos. GREAT to see that UY is so well accepted!! :) An underperforming single after 3 smashes is understandable and acceptable IMO. It is also the BEST time to try something different or risky, since radio will be all over Britney's success and may even play the next single by default. UY has great music, it is different for her, lyrics are good, and it can win non-conventional fans of Brit or those who saw Amy as too gimmicky. UY sounds a bit ethereal, but hey! even Nelly Furtado managed a sort of ethereal smash with SIR. I'm not saying both songs are similar (I love SIR and think is much better than UY), but just using an analogy. Go Unusual!!

Does Jive listen to the fans request over the next single to be release or the management of brit just do the decision?

I don't think this will make top 10. For a third single, it's doing good, though.
