Just because she blew one performance doesn't mean she blew her chances at having a succesful career. I highly doubt she will, but still she can bounce back. I'm sure Rihanna's first performance was nothing to write home about. Still shocked this is having trouble entering the top 10. Maybe it won't be the big hit most people anticpated. You dont bounce back from that. Trust me. With the number of established artists in or about to start eras right now along with new established artists, there isnt room for her in my opinion. Hence her struggling to break into the top 10.

that performance did not make or break her. maybe at best only 10% of america watches that show.
she was never going to make it in the first place. she has no star quality. a good song, but nothing more.

I think people may be jumping to conclusions a little here....the performance might've sucked (I didn't watch it) but no one will really remember it lol its not like it was a classic trainwreck they showed all over the news or something.
As for this song...it's definitely stalling. I'd give it a few more days, if it's still losing spins, we can probably stick a fork in it.

That is the best she can offer.
She will be yet another one hit wonder.

As stated, with GaGa, Britney, Katy Perry, Talyor Swift, Keri Hilson ruling for females, Mariah and Whitney coming out with new material, there is just no room for her and she will flop.

It's a bit too late for this song to flop, since it's in the top 15 already.

13 12 KRISTINIA DEBARGE Goodbye 4887 4735 152 27.253 +9 Spins -35 Bullet -0.014 Audience This has brickwalled. It needs to rebound or it's going to miss out on top 10. PDLM will replace Poker Face in the top 10, and after that it's going to need to wait for Second Chance or possibly The Climb to fall out which might take a while. 13 12 KRISTINIA DEBARGE Goodbye 4875 4782 93 27.024 -12 Spins -59 Spins -0.229 Audience . Then again, losing spins and your bullet and looking like you've peaked, then suddenly rebounding seems to be the new trend on CHR/pop. We'll see if this is peaking or just pulling a IUSA/The Climb/IDNHU/PDLM. Oh and she lip-synched? Wow. She was on American Juniors so obviously she has vocal talent which means she was just being lazy. 13 12 KRISTINIA DEBARGE Goodbye 4855 4827 28 26.696 -20 Spins -65 Bullet -0.328 Audience I think we can safely say this is done. It was a top 15 CHR hit and hit the top 10 on iTunes so it wasn't a flop. If it starts plummeting from here it's chart run will be really short though.

#15 on the Billboard Hot 100 isn't really a minor hit...It was a hit. I don't think she'll get another one. The video was bland and the performance was, not puch of a performance.

Yeah, I would say it was a pretty solid hit, but we'll see how much longetivity it has. Songs like Crush, Untouched, and IHTP peaked in this range too but they had a good amount of longevity too and stayed in the 12-15 range for like a month and went recurrent...we'll see if this can do the same or if it'll plummet and get purged. So far it's looking like a plummeter but I guess we'll see.

I don't remember 'Crush' having any longevity...At least not without projection.

It was a hit, but not a big enough one to get her foot in the door. Usually new artists have to do better than what this song did to get any traction.

Yeah honestly this is deemed a flop in my books. A breakout artist trying to get enough recognition with a very familiar sample as a first single and this is all she can do? Definitely not good enough.

I Almost sleep. She write her own songs at least? I Hate cover artists with only amazing voices, no carism, no composer, no talent at all.

I don't remember 'Crush' having any longevity...At least not without projection. It hit #12 and then stayed there about a month, which is the same thing IHTP and Untouched did if I remember correctly. All 3 songs kind of had a month of bi-polar updates in the 12-14 range and were kind of in limbo between peaking and going higher. This on the other hand, looks like it's going to hit #12 and then fall like a rock and possibly not even make recurrency. Nevertheless this definitely isn't a flop at all, but I could see how it performed below expectations considering it took off out of nowhere and looked like it was going to be a huge #1 smash at first. But still, if her second single is strong I don't see why it couldn't be a hit. It's not like this was a flop. If the second single sucks, then yeah, it'll probably flop.

I Hate This Part (IHTP) peaked at #11 and stayed there for three weeks during the month of February. It unofficially reached the Top 10 for two days.

Aww I'm sad that this looks like it's peaking. I really love this song a lot and was hoping it would hit Top 10. :(

Remember after Cassie's performance, "Long Way 2 Go" flopped hard and she's never had a hit since.

It seems most songs that peak in this range kind of stick around for a while. This, however....looks like it's going to plummet. Oh and it fell to #13, so I think #13 will be this song's official peak.

While it is timely, it's shaping up to become a numbers game with so many songs on the chart looking to become the "hit song of the summer".
I thought "Please Don't Leave Me" was close to peaking about a week ago, but somehow it rebounded and made its way into the Top 10. "I Do Not Hook Up" was also losing gas in recent weeks, and it has also recovered. So while those two singles were having a hard time, this one had momentum, but now it looks like we're seeing an opposite effect.

It is typical of every Pink single, but its not really a normal thing for other artists, especially new artists. You compared a new artist to two huge artists on radio.
