I need to hear this! I doubt it can possibly live up to all the hype but I will give it a shot.

Here's hoping this is a smash. If this is good enough, I can see most stations adding it or at least giving it some curiosity spins. I have a feeling it will smash harder on Rhythmic and Urban, but it will probably do good things at Pop.

does anyone have reviews for this track.
I doubt POP will play an urban track right off the bat. (just ask alicia keys, beyonce and mariah).

Every review at the listening parties praised this song, even people who weren't big fans of Whit said this was really catchy, upbeat, fun, and should be the first single.

It will be interesting to see how radio responds with another single. It's already doing great on urban. Will urban just switch to MDB?

They may play both.
I think that kinda happened with Beyoncé in the fall.

"No One", "Single Ladies", and "Obsessed" both started fast on urban and rhythmic, and slowly on pop before taking off. I think that's the type of run it is going to have.

Good point.....but i think because Whitney has been away so long a "good" single will bust open on all formats quickly.....people are wanting her to have a comeback LTY is just dull a a good beat and vocals will explode for her.

i wonder if remixes will be done for this or if they'll stick to the "didnt know my own strength' mixes that have already been done by remixers such as peter rauhofer and junior vasquez......

Every single from "Heartbreak Hotel" thru "Love That Man" have been remixed, so I don't see why not.

^ Most likely it's an uptempo if Swizz Beatz is producing it. I've never heard him do ballads. lol.

Yes this is an uptempo. Its been described as a disco throwback with a booming hip hop beat to it. Swizzy is getting all types of praise over this song so I truly hope we are in for a REAL treat when we hear this song.

It's Swizz Beats and Alicia Keys. I doubt it sounds anything like what she did in the past. I would think it sounds like "Teenage Love Affair" meets "Get Me Bodied" meets "Single Ladies." I could be wrong, though. I can't wait to hear it, though.

this is straight up Donna Summer 70's disco mixed with Early 80's Prince/Rick James sounding funk the reviews were spot on.
this sounds similar to her old material i really like it.
but if that's really the song there is no way in hell Pop & Rhythmic radio will touch hell Urban might be reluctant to play it but hey it might get some spins just because of the hype
