well ya'll can hate him all you want. nobody is above mistakes and we all have made them. I am STILL a fan..what he did was wrong, but he apologized and is paying his dues

I wonder since Jive completely left his r&b sound in the ditches with "Forever", do they turn back now to his root fanbase or go forward with his pop music since Forever did well?

^hopefully both. He needs to stick in his Urban side because it's his biggest fanbase (especially in the US), while in the Europe - they prefer the Pop side of Chris just like Forever, No Air & With You.

Crossover success may be tough this time around. Jive may be betting on pulling a Ciara and going urban--just hope for his sake the single selections are up to par. |

I'm not sure. It could be a pop-focused song. My local CHR (KHKS in Dallas) started spinning his recurrents again in the last week (Forever, With You, No Air), so the PD could be anticipating something new from him and is attempting to make audiences comfortable again with his music.
