I like the video, but I don't get why they had to edit the word "sin". \ same reason they censored Amy! the video is going to be shown all over the world and in some countries "sin" yes the word is as bad omitting a real "sin"

DEAD at the people who think the '3' video and Single Ladies video are of similar quality. She's still dancing like a spaz. They're of a similar quality.

This video is something we haven't seen in a long time: Just Britney, no special effects, no storylines; just Britney, reminding us actually how beautiful and sexy she is. ;)

Not her best video, but it's pretty good. At least there's no horse.

I don't know why people are expecting that much, especially being there was practically no set. It's her single from her Greatest Hits compilation. I was certainly not expecting anything beyond that. It's great for what it is and is arguably just as good if not better than a lot of other GH videos. Plus, this is loads better than Amy, Radar, and Break The Ice. (I liked 'Gimme More' ) This excuse of being from a GH CD is silly. The point of a video goes way beyond selling CDs - it is supposed to invoke people to like and listen to the SONG itself. This video does nothing for that - it has the same premise as the Gimme More video. That is, let's just put some sexy dance stogether with words of the song and hope for a great result. Well, in my mind, it's a fail. Secondly, other GH hits with "new" songs had at least more inventive videos. I mean, let's consider Keeps Gettin' Better. That song wasn't an airplay smash, but the video at least told a story with the song. It had an actual "theme", not just people dancing and hanging on a pole with random closeup shots of the artist. Look also at "These Hard Times" by matchbox twenty or Backstreet Boys' "Drowning" or also other examples of a nice video for a good song off a GH album. Those videos evoke emotion either via setting or their characters. This video embraces none of that but is instead random dances. All in all, this video fails on multiple levels and again, I think it will do nothing to move airplay or single sales.

“3" 10/29/09 Audience: 47.297(+ 0.711) Spins: 8156 (+137) AC: 1 (=) Hot AC: 100 (+9) Pop: 7213 (+115) Urban: 15(+5) Rhythmic: 827(+8) Why is she doing so poor on Rhythmic? Come on, Britney needs more crossover support.

Not her best video, but it's pretty good. At least there's no horse. I guess I'm in the minority when I thought the horses were sexy. Anyways, it's still #11 on itunes. When is the video available on iTunes?

She's still kind of Britney-lite but I have to say that her dancing is getting much better and we can see that she is back, maybe not 100% there, but I would be willing to say that she is 65% there in terms of charisma and confidence. She doesn't shut it down like she used to and she still seems so tremendously guarded, and weary of everything. We can see that in her eyes but I think she is still there. I would say her dancing has improved at least 20-30% since her performances/music video of "Womanizer".
The music video is a good one, it's simple and that's what it is supposed to be. I don't see why people think the video is cheap. It isn't at all. It's minimal with the focus being on the beauty shots and the dancers. That doesn't mean it's a bad video. It's just different from what she usually does. I actually like that Britney is the major focus off the video. If the focus wasn't on her people would be saying that she wasn't on it or some other mess.

I didn't want to mention other titles, but at least one of the videos you mentioned was a complete mess to me, and what emotion did you want out of this? It's about having a threesome. What kind of story would it tell? Another "club" video? I, for one, am glad that she kept it simple and we didn't get another MATM/Slave/Gimme More/Piece Of Me/Overprotected/I can go on...

My thoughts exactly. And I love the video for it's simpleness and sensuality. I'm absolutely in love with how she looks in the video. The video is just very simple and raw.

That song wasn't an airplay smash, but the video at least told a story with the song. KGB was a horrible music video. 3 is pretty solid just in terms of beauty shots, lighting, performance, direction, etc. It sounds like you wanted another club music video which I am glad she didn't do. She has enough of those and we don't need them. I am glad that the video was kept simple and that the focus was on Britney. I am not going to say that the video is a great addition to her catalog but it's pretty good just from a visual perspective. It's a good video just to look at. I don't think the video fails at what it wanted to represent at all. A video that is simple and focuses simply on Britney which is what they wanted. A video that was all her and that was simple.

Some people are obsessed about storylines on the videos.
it doesn´t have to be like that all the time. There are many great videos without an storyline. The point is that people only complain when is Britney the one who does it.

Mkay. What part of 100 pages is so difficult to understand? Seriously?? And diarrheaing posts out so that a thread reaches a certain number just to give you the edge on creating the new thread is just silly.
