What singing voice ? If you mean that auto-tune thing he does, it is horrid, on the level of Cassie, but somewhat worse than other "bad" singers like Ciara, Ashlee Simpson, Britney Spears, etc., IMO.

Autotuned he's average, otherwise he's a disaster.
However, as a rapper and a producer he's soooo much better.

LOL, I'm definitely in the minority but I love songs that Kanye "sings" in (even if just barely) like 'Coldest Winter' and 'Street Lights'. Both songs are among his best imo.
