There's no reason to IN this, this is the next single.
EDIT: Somebody IN'd this (but now has deleted his post); that's why I said it.

This is a great single choice.
She doesn't even need to send "Blah Blah Blah" to radio it's already huge and selling itself. "BBB" is set to be Top 10 on The Hot 100 and may even debut at #1 in Canada from itunes alone. So she scored an extra hit with no promotion. NICE!
"Your Love is My Drug" should smash it's catchy as hell. Can't wait for this to fly.

I would've chosen Take It Off but I guess this will suffice.

The BEST choice. Glad that they realize 'Blah Blah Blah' will flop and choose to release this.

Bad choice, it should be "Take it Off" instead.

This is the most radio friendly song off the entire album. The bridge is simply orgasmic. Ya'll are crazy to think TIO would be a better single choice.

Why are people "crazy" for thinking TIO is the better choice? Enough with the tunnel vision already, yours is NOT the only valid opinion.

The BEST choice. Glad that they realize 'Blah Blah Blah' will flop and choose to release this. I am sure they will change that. Blah Blah Blah wont be a flop. It is already #1 on US and Canada iTunes.

YDIML is #13 on iTunes at the moment, the third best selling song from her album at the moment, while TIO is #36 and falling. It seems that the iTunes market prefers YDIML over TIO. Not to mention it's infinitely more radio friendly. Mmkay?

What it's doing now at the time of release doesn't mean squat. TIO could just as easily go #1 on iTunes if it were pushed as a single. Right now, YLIMD being higher doesn't necessarily mean it's more popular, only that it's selling more.
As for radio-friendliness, that is pure *opinion* and that is where you show your expertise at disregarding opinions that are in conflict with your own.
Mmkay?

Yawn.
Obviously people are liking YLIMD better hence it's currently outselling TIO. If TIO was more popular it would sell more. I am also betting radio would probably want to spin YLIMD more then TIO as well.

Could you try speaking ONLY for yourself for a change, instead of telling us all what we do and don't prefer?

YLIMD is the 1st track on Animal, of course it's going to get a lot of attention on iTunes.

That's not what I said. I'm just saying a lot of the time the first track on an album is the highest on iTunes because it's the first one that people see/listen to.

I posted an opinion which I got tailed for needlessly because someone was too sensitive to discern the fact that I posted an opinion and I disagreed with two other posters. Let it go.

I'm just saying a lot of the time the first track on an album is the highest on iTunes because it's the first one that people see/listen to. If people didn't like it they wouldn't buy it, it being #1 or #17 on the tracklisting won't change the fact that if the song doesn't click with listeners they most likely won't buy the track. Unless they are just randomly buying things which is highly improbable.

LOL. Why is it so important to you that I label my opinions with a disclaimer? Obviously if I say it and post it then it is my opinion. Then try wording it like one. I will word the way I want to say something as I please. There's no use in constantly putting "in my opinion" in my posts if I am posting it. How stupid is that? I would say get tougher skin if it bothers you that much. That's being much too sensitive on a message board. If my opinion (and the way I express it on here) hurts you to the extent that you take issue with my wording style that's not my problem. Especially since it really isn't rude at all and there are no personal attacks in it.

wow...youd think with its massive sales and obvious retail appeal that theyd have gone with BBB but they threw a curve ball and went somewhere else. Hopefully this doesnt become a RTA vs UU situation where management ignored the public outcry and went with their planned single and as a result the singles suffered.

I really like Kiss N Tell or Hungover for single #3. This is a fine choice... I really like BBB, but man, this whole album is one big long party, so really whatever works
