Yeah. I think all of the songs I listened to from her album sounded like rejects for a Disney soundtrack. Agree, but I also felt the same way about Tattoo. Before her album dropped I watched pretty much all of her AI performances and was really impressed by her voice and curious for the album. Didn't like Battlefield at first but it grew on me (way catchy), and I liked No Air a lot. I gave the album a listen, and I just completely agree with the Disney assessment...there is something very young-sounding about the whole thing. And SOS was just terrible. No Parade was the only song I kind of liked (before Battlefield grew on me), though, so if this does become a hit, I won't mind.

I hope this actually gets an official adds date sometime soon.

Wait, really? I haven't been on here in a couple of days and this is news to me. WHY didn't they go with Walking on Snow? That was such a no-brainer choice!

Heard this today in a friend's car. I'd never actually made it to the chorus before because the opening verse is so glaringly cheesy -- the prechorus in particular is sickening.
However, the chorus is actual pretty catchy, sadly, the few people who actually hear this on a radio will switch the station long before they hear the chorus. If they made a new mix of this song that attached the chorus and bridge to a decent set of verses, this would be a hit. I've made a new mix for myself that entirely chops off the first verse and the song isn't half bad. Congrats, I guess, Jordin. This song is still going to flop hard though.

If she's going to have a third single... what are they waiting for? At this point it doesn't look like there will be more singles for Jordin. They would have announced something already, no?

Hey, here's hoping this does do well, because then she'll get a 4th single, and then maybe some of the real hits can finally be released. That's of course IF this is released and becomes successful. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'd love to see it do something, but I feel this era was dead once SOS went for adds. One step at a time, no pun intended.

I like this song. Still bitter about Vertigo though, and would have gone with Walking On Snow instead of No Parade, but glad she got a 3rd single.

Can someone else confirm this. I've heard this is only just a rumor, nothing confirmed.

I was hoping for "The Cure" but this is a good choice. I'm not sure if it'll do well though.

I don't think anything else from Battlefield will become a hit. She should record a new album.

They need to release Watch You Go, It Takes More, or even Let It Rain before this. This isn't a terrible choice, but I'm not sure if its strong enough to make up for SOS.

I'm starting to think this thread needs to be locked. AInow.org is having a phone interview with Jordin. A member of IDF who works at AInow.org is going to ask Jordin about this on the phone interiew so hopefully we will know soon enough. Why would HDD call this Jordin's next single if it isn't? I don't think they would just make it up, they're not a tabloid. They didn't even post it in the Rumor Mill, they posted it in the News section. They must know something.

Apparently Don't Let It Go To Your Head is being released in the UK. Maybe that's the 3rd single here too. Would definitely be better than this to me.

DLIGTYH wouldn't do anything after SOS. The only songs that might are this and Walking On Snow IMO. I'm starting to think this thread needs to be locked. They didn't even post it in the Rumor Mill, they posted it in the News section. They must know something. Because they were trying to hype up a songwriter, so they made it sound like this was more than just an album track. They mention a Justin Bieber song too and it's questionable whether that's a single as well.

Pretty fer sure FeFe's version already failed here in America. That's because its a punk rock song. Of course it's gonna fail on CHR. As I said earlier in this thread, the hook on that song screams pop hit. It just needed to be made into a pop song first.

I think that No Parade has the potential to make the biggest impact. Walking on Snow would be my second choice.
I would rank them (in terms of potential as singles, not preference):
1. No Parade 1. Walking on Snow
3. It Takes More 4. Watch You Go
5. The Cure 6. Don't Let it Go To Your Head
7. Emergency (911)
8. Let it Rain
9. Faith 10. Was I The Only One
