It's too bad there was controversy over "Water and a Flame." Her cover of it is probably one of her best recordings of the past 15 years and it showcases a different side of her than just the belting balladeer.

It's already the biggest selling album of the year in Canada isn't it? Yep. Wow! Slay-line Dion! :o

My brother and I were pondering possible National Anthem singers for the upcoming SuperBowl and were shocked to find that Celine has not performed before. Granted, she's not American, but she's a citizen and all so I definitely think she's a likely choice. Especially given that she's in the midst of a new album era and they're running out of powerful vocalists to chose from. Thoughts?
... Wait, is she a US citizen?

She did "God Bless America" at the 2002 Super Bowl, but I think that's her extent.
BTW if you haven't gotten it yet, LMBTL is $9.99 at Target this week with the 2 bonus tracks.

It's already the biggest selling album of the year in Canada isn't it? Yep. It was. Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP 2 was the bestselling album of the year in Canada after edging out Celine Dion, while overall album sales dropped six per cent according to a report released Friday by Nielsen SoundScan Canada and Billboard.
The Detroit rapper's latest opus moved 242,000 units, placing just ahead of Dion's Loved Me Back to Life, which sold 231,000. A stunning share of Dion's sales were derived from physical album purchases — 208,000 total, over 150,000 CDs sold by Eminem.

Seems like we would've heard some sort of add/promotion date (US) for Incredible by now.

The AC station in New York is offering a trip to Vegas to see Celine plus meet & greet in their latest contest.

Now all of those stations need to overplay Incredible in exchange.

Now all of those stations need to overplay Incredible in exchange. "Overplay" implies that we don't want to hear it as often as possible! :)

I am thrilled that there is a video for this song, and not just posting the performance from the TV special.

Based on how stingy they have become with Celine videos, I think we should be thankful we're even getting Incredible.

Based on how stingy they have become with Celine videos, I think we should be thankful we're even getting Incredible. Never forgive and never forget!!! The "Taking Chances" video ending with a "To Be Continued..." that never received a follow-up

"It may be a new, modern sound for Celine, but it's already poised to be another one of her unmistakable classics. We can expect to hear this during the Olympics, right?"
Celine: "I'm very excited about that, because, in the past, I remember some athletes coming to me, saying that, for example, 'Love Can Move Mountains' was their theme song. And when I heard ['Incredible'] for the first time, that piano line and saying 'The whole world is watching us now,' I said to myself: This is my new Olympic song."

That interview is exactly why Celine needs to keep making as many public appears as possible: 1) she is still so down-to-earth; 2) those live impromptu snippets; and 3) hearing how he works with other artists and is willing to accept new ideas. I really hope NBC "listened' to Billboard's review in saying "I" is a no-brainer for Olympics.

In support of Celine's amazing duet with Ne-Yo, several countries will release a Bonus Edition digital bundle this week. The songs included are "Incredible" (duet with Ne-Yo), "Open Arms" (a crowd favourite from Celine's Las Vegas show) and a previously unreleased club remix of "Loved Me Back To Life" courtesy of David Morales. While the album version of "Incredible" is available globally, the bonus edition will not be released in US, Canada, UK, France, Japan or Latin America, at this time.

"Celine and Ne-Yo’s amazing duet “Incredible” will be included on the @nbc and @cbc coverage of the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics! –TeamCeline — Celine Dion (@celinedion) February 8, 2014"
I'm assuming this didn't happen since I haven't seen any mentions or digital action. I only watch/stream events live so I don't watch NBC lame coverage.
