tygotwhatuwant I'am not getting what you are trying to say... First you say that this song is nothing special I read your comments.what is your point?...Ok, it's summer time of course there is nothing wrong with a little guilty pleasure something that's fun..but all I'am saying Ms.Milian should release another single instead of "Gonna Tell Everybody", it's not strong especially following her last hit "Say I" and with all the competion on the way from bigger artists she should given a run for their money..b/c once Beyonnce, Janet Jackson, Monica, Brandy, Fantasia all put out their new singles it may be over for her. Now, maybe if she released ,"So Amazing" it might be a summer jam...I know this song will get overshawdowed in the next coming weeks. The song is so bland to me it does nothing for me...and um.. I love ballads especially MJB's "Be Without You", my favorite ballad in years, since Faith Evan's, "Never Let You Go" from 1999.

I like her cd but to be honest that song "So Amazin" is horrible. It might do well but I doutb it. People never seen a ballad for Christina, this could be a change a paste for her. Everybody seems to be feeling the song. Just give it a chance. Beside I am sick of seeing her perform mid-tempo's. This could be a good change.

Christina is saving "So Amazing" for her 3rd single. Which is a better idea. This will be a hit for her just because people aren't used to her doing things like this. We need something slow on the radio anyway.
I don't know why people say this is bland. It's very catchy and, I feel, very creative. Many people haven't heard the track because they didn't buy her album and this should be the track that get people to buy it. I've never had high hopes with any of her songs before, but this one I feel is different.
Plus, there is a remix in the work. That shold help move the single along too.

I let my brother in law here the song and he was like "wow, who is this" and I was like "Christina Milian" and he was like "I like this song, it shows her growth". I see that as a good thing because him and my sister wouldn't give Christina's past hits the time of day including "Say I". Which they thought was horrible.

The first time I heard "Say I" I was like "WTF is she doing to her career???" I'm still not crazy about it, but I'll support her just because I think she is talented and I know what she is capable of. I wish her album went down a little differently, but the songs are still good. I just don't think they work well in unison as an album. That's just me though.
"Say I" wasn't exactly the hit they were expecting it to be and I can see why. It was too hard hitting and not exactly believable coming off hits like "AM To PM" and "Dip It Low". She needed a straight up R&B song as a first single and "Say I" was WAY too "urban." "Gonna Tell Everybody" should put her out there. I think it'll crossover well. It's the perfect second single for the album and her career.
The plan has been to give her a shot at a third single anyway. If "Gonna Tell Everybody" doesn't work out, which I doubt, "So Amazing" is the type of song that brings her back a few steps to where she needed to be.
