looks like it'll be late 2014 for a release her label may have made her re record it or change the sequence of songs she'll probably confirm it soon. as for the greatest hits set in 2007 Warner brothers totally screwed that up leaving some major hits off the disc even though there was nearly 21 minutes of time at the end of the album and it should have gone in Chronological order from oldest track to newest Yes, Warner Bros. screwed up the Greatest Hits CD. What difference does the order of the songs make? I wonder if this release will be dependent (somehow) on the release date of Shania's new project. Let me ask you this: Is Shania Twain sitting at home right now saying she will NOT release a CD until Faith Hill does first?

^^ Not at all. If anything, it would be the other way around.

Where did you hear about this late 2014 release? Is it legit? I have a feeling her ex fiancé/ ex producer was the reason for her comeback flopping. Bad blood still.... Just sayin. That rumor is goin around. Please, if anyone hears anything else post it here.
Also....
Someone tweeted a few weeks ago that Faith has been looking for new songs recently. That was tweeted by a song writer. And... if she was going to release lets say in December, she would have to be releasing a single pretty soon... not sure that's gonna happen. She wouldn't release in September since Tim's album is being released and they wouldn't dare release an album in October because of Taylor's album and maybe not in November because of Aldean's alleged release... So hoping for December? Maybe?

So hoping for December? Maybe? Considering how long it takes songs to work their way into Country radio rotation - especially if a woman, who hasn't had a solo hit in eons, the album will be released four- to five months later. I don't see anything until 1Q. At least the feature with Tim is helping her get back to radio. It's kind of a shame how her career when completely off the tracks.

she chose to take time to spend with their daughters which is more important at least country still respects singers that can sing usually a first single is released between 6 weeks and 3 months before an album. why would Scott Hendricks still hold bad blood nearly 20 years later

I would love to see Faith on Nash Icons. That would actually be a perfect fit for her. I really hope it happens.

I can't remember where I seen it as for owing Warner Brothers one more album they should just give her what she recorded and let her finish the album and release it on Nash Icon

It was reported last week that Martina signed with Nash Icons, so hopefully Faith has too and it wasn't just Martina signing with them that started the rumors of Faith being the one who was signed.

Have you heard that rumor any where specifically? Is it floating around that she's signing with them or do you think it was martina?

Martina McBride is the second confirmed signing after Reba McEntire (Ronnie Dunn's name has been surfaced to be on the label, but nothing has happened yet). Just because McBride signed to the label does not mean Faith Hill will jump ship from Warner Bros., her label over the past 21 years.

I do think a change in labels would do her a world of good. I haven't heard anything about any Hill releases for the first quarter of 2015, though.

I wish she'd get something else out. I'm not sure if radio will embrace her (or any females, for that matter), but I enjoyed "American Heart" and her last album was better than I had expected.

It has been way too long waiting for Faith's return. Her last studio album was like what, 10 years ago? C'mon lady, I'm losing patience. :'(
