As we kick off the month of September we find Cobra Spell still dominating with "Flaming Heart", Crown Lands moving up to #2, and Brian Durbin's Hairbangers Ball rolling into #10 to score their first top 10 hit on my charts. Brain is also present at #30 with some solo action on his single "Make A Scene". Godsmack finally get a new peak of #13 with "Soul On Fire". Let's see how long they can keep that flame lit. Three debuts this week, and we start off that action with the Jonas Brothers bopping their way onto #59 with "Waffle House". We also have a new Glam Metal band debuting at #53. They call themselves TEMPT, they sound like Def Leppard, and got Dorothy Martin to do back ups on the single "Living Dangerous". Finally we have the chart splash honors going this week to the female fronted Glam Metal band Hairy Groupies. They check in with "The Story". Metal Chart: Girls go wild for one whole month as Midnite City enjoy #1 action on the chart. Edge of Paradise is up to #2 with "Hologram", and have their eye on the crown. One new debut this week. As promised the never before version of Danger Danger "Good Time" with Ted Poley's original vocals. Paul Laine's version sounds great too, but I feel Ted tones had that classic Glam Metal style. This song is off 1992 "Cockroach' which was finally released in 2001. I might chart more jams off this record depending how party rock I'm feeling that week.

Spending week number 4 with the crown are Cobra Spell with "Flaming Heart" One month at the top for an 80's sounding, all female ,Glam Metal, band sounds just about right for my chart. RetroWave sensations Freeweights are getting ready to Rain on their parade by landing a slot at #2 ,and even more action as Avatar score their first top 5 hit on my charts with "The Dirt I'm Buried In". It doesn't stop there as we also have two new songs claiming slots in the top 10. This week those songs ride on my favorite dance genres. One from ItaLove bringing the classic Italo Disco sound with "Chasing Ghosts" and the voice of Eurobeat king Nando Boninni gallops up the chart to #7 with Samuel Zanini's "Blazing Guns". Last, but not least three debuts. Two from Chart favorites Pale Waves ,and Echosmith ,and Rick Springfield quickly splashing in with the title track to his new album "Automatic". At twenty-seven weeks on the chart Cobra Spell hold the crown for a 5th week. K-POP sensations whoo! ah! go top 5 with "Rollercoaster". Right above them is Samuel Zanini with "Blazing Guns" and Godsmack go to 10 with "Soul On Fire", and believe it or not this is only their third time in the top 10. First was the classic "Voodoo" peaking at #8. than came the Top 5 hit "1000hp". Great to see them back in form. We have three debuts. New KPOP rolls in with "#menow" from fromis_9. Coming in at #59 more Initial D style Eurobeat from Axel in the form of "Push It To The Limit" and getting splash honors is Italo icon Mirko Hirsch with his ode to 80's Hi-Energy on "Hey Girl". The synths on this jam are amazing. Incredibly enough there are no big leaps this week. The biggest move is a 5 slot jump into the top 40 from Weathers and John the Ghost. Why not just "John" The Maine. Don't click away with checking the Hot List and Metal chart for new music from Metallica. As always Red are Debuts.
