When I was around from 2008-2010 I posted in there alot, and since I returned about a year ago, I posted in there quite a bit throughout my first 6 months, but not much lately. I'm pretty sure if Cody, shadows, Pipa and jvandyck found out, they'd be pissed at you for turning your back on rock and posting on pop. Dude you don't even know what you're talking about. It was a music forum hiatus in general, as I left M4B and stopped compiling a personal chart as well (which I made up in retroactive top 10s, which are soon to become retroactive top 40s). It was a due to a combination of college, a busier social and work life, and being burned out on new music at the time. The only regulars here I really remember from my old days are Pipa, Shadows, American Idiot, and jvandyck. And lol, we're cool. |

I've charted 5 of Devin's 12 New & Active tracks and they all went top 10. Your chart is sloooowww. I have no idea why, but songs tend to float under in the 'New & Active' section for weeks and weeks before they debut on my chart. The they take another 15 weeks to reach the Top 5, then they plummet in a matter of 4-5 weeks lol. |

The they take another 15 weeks to reach the Top 5, then they plummet in a matter of 4-5 weeks lol. Since my chart is so short I used to have a general rule that songs couldn't drop more than ten positions and couldn't drop out if they were top 10 the week before. But when there's a crapton of music out at once those rules are hard to enforce. |

I've considered extending my chart to a Top 100 chart, but then I thought about how much more work that would be, so I never bothered haha. I find certain parts of my chart to be quite competitive. Currently, the bottom 10 of my chart is extremely competitive, with songs such as "Dangerous" and "Until It's Gone" knocking on the Top 50's door. The teens also tend to be very competitive most times. |
