I don't understand the need for photographers to photoshop people's bodies beyond recognition. If they wanted someone that small, why not call someone else? It's the same with Kelly's ridiculous "Self" cover two years ago. It's not like they're shaving three pounds off or anything. It's actually insulting.

Of course people are going to bash her for landing a cover of a highly respected fashion magazine.  Regardless if they touched up the cover or not it does NOT take away from how amazing it is! Why do people love to talk s**t about her when so many OTHER ARTISTS DO THE SAME DAMN THING? |

Why do people love to talk s**t about her when so many OTHER ARTISTS DO THE SAME DAMN THING? ...no one is bashing her, but bashing the ridiculous photoshop job they did. It's distracting and I think it's insulting to Christina and every artist that gets too much digital enhancement done to their pictures. Chill. |

I don't really get the hoopla over the airbrushing. Almost every artist is airbrushed in these kinds of magazines. Not only that, it's not like Christina is the one sitting at the computer doing it herself.
Anyways, I can't wait to read the full interview. From the excerpts people have been able to extract it seems like they really talked about everything from the past year. :o

I don't really care about the airbrushing (and nor should anyone else to be honest, it's pretty standard). Photoshop or no, though... not a great shoot.

She looks so much better this week on The Voice. This is probably the best she's looked since filming Burlesque. Definitely. It's amazing how much better she looks without the red lipstick. Also, I knew she was going to say something about 'Candyman'.  |
