Despite reports she may depart the NBC hit, a source tells THR she "signed weeks ago." She makes $225,000 per episode, while fellow coaches Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton make about $75,000 each. Levine told THR Wednesday that he hopes to return as well: "If they'll have me, I'd be delighted to be back." But even if the panel is eventually switched up, Carson Daly doesn't think it will affect the singing competition. "This show is bigger than any of its coaches or the host," he told the New York Post. "This show will live on in perpetuity with many a star in those chairs." Season 2 kicks off in February right after the Super Bowl. Javier Colon beat out Dia Frampton to win the show Wednesday. The finalists will kick off a six-stop summer tour in July. Before that, most are already in the recording studio working on albums. |

She makes three times as much the other judges? Dayum. The jury's still out on whether this will help her recording career but clearly the show's done wonders for her.

She is supposedly working with Tedder-has that been confirmed? I am surprisingly ok with that. I feel like he is able to give ballads a modern feel. Christina excels at ballads, but unfortunately most of them are the type of ballads that pop radio just doesn't accept anymore. He could help her move her ballads in a more modern, beat-driven direction.

He could help her move her ballads in a more modern, beat-driven direction. Yes, i heard that it's confirmed. So excited, i always want a Tedder ballad for Xtina. However Tedder is a very miss and hit right now. I hope she won't re-create Halo/Already Gone/Bleeding love anymore. Talking about her ballads, I still think that Lift Me Up is one of her most commercial ballads she ever recorded, shame it wasn't released as a single and they picked You Lost Me instead which is just not commercial at all. :( |

If he could give her something in vein of Rumour Has It or Turning Tables (which he wrote and did the melody) would be incredible. I'm glad she is deciding to go more "current"

BURLESQUE premiered on STARZ .. It was trending earlier.. Its funny how new people discover the movie and go on about how amazing it is. Most of them thought it would suck cause of critics..
BURLESQUE OST is #55 on Itunes now!! This album is gonna keep on selling for a lonnnnnnng time. Most people that watch this movie, really like it. I dont care what anyone says this movie and specially the OST have longevity and will continue doing well for a while.

Let's not get too ahead of ourselves here -- considering the album has barely scanned over 400k at the present. A Gold certification is definitely happening. Platinum...not so much. |

I think the rules are if there is no adds date or confirmation that it is an official single it will be closed until it hits top 50 or top 40. I am surprised they haven't pushed this baby. It seems to be growing on people and it would fit what is on radio right now.

An Italian paper reported today that Christina is in Costa Smeralda (Sardinia). She's supposed to be staying at a mansion there.
