Why would you ignore that lol lets say BTD fell off the hot 100 next week. when people ask how the song did people would say it peaked at number 6 making it sound much bigger than it really was. and for artitst with huge digital fanbses getting a new peak after the first week can very challenging so watching its chart run ignoring the first week can be fun. example : no love, half of my heart True.. And I got the point. But big part of the Taylor Swift phenomenon is those huge debuts...Without them she might have three or four Top 10 hits. Nothing phenomenal there.

There may be a BU recurrent rule now, but there couldn't have been in the 90s with Peal Jam going 61 weeks with 'Alive' The song had a few different chart runs from 1996-1998. Its time on the Bubbling Under chart did not match up with its time as an airplay hit (1992). I can't remember what the story is for why this stuff is as it is.

Just The Way You Are has spent 20 weeks in the top 10 which must be among the longest of the year if not the longest.

I don't think there's a recurrent bubbling under rule to be honest. i think there is on the Heatseekers song chart though. BTW "savior" has the 4th longest run on the BU

Ke$ha has sold aprox a combined 15,000,000 of all her singels and tracks.
And she is very close to 1,400,000 albums sold (combined Animal and Cannibal).
In what planet is she a flop, like some people were saying??????

Wow, looking at those airplay updates! Britney must compete with Bruno, Katy and Rihanna. Can she make a huge opening sales to cover her lack of airplay?

The freeze isn't over for Edward Maya. Why the hell is this song struggling with minimal updates while everything else gains??? What a crock of shit.

Wacka Flaka also gained 1m+- I'm not the only one who overlooks a 1m+ gainer. "Stereo Love" isn't the only track with minimal gains. At almost 50m, it's done pretty darn impressively for a dance track. But, it probably will be a one-hit shot for the act.

It may be a one-hit shot for Edward Maya, but it's doing impressively enough on itunes to make me believe that people actually want to hear this song besides me. It is currently at 13 on the itunes chart - obviously there are people who don't think the song sucks.

It's an amazing song, far better than the rest of electro-rnb crap at the top.

I'm surprised it took so long for this song to take off in the States. In Europe, South America this exploded all 2010 long.

The freeze isn't over for Edward Maya. Why the hell is this song struggling with minimal updates while everything else gains??? What a crock of s**t. Ding ding ding! We have a winner. Your onto something here. There are major markets in the U.S. still ignoring "Stereo love" just because its a dance song I suppose. reply #45 & #47 boards.radio-info.com/smf/index.php?topic=174237.40I think it was you that made a good point in the other thread when "We no speak americano" had good digital sales on Itunes but poor airplay which never match up because of the whole mentality issue of dance music in U.S. corporate radio. "Stereo love" should've been in the top 10 by now. It went to #1 in three New York radio stations (Z100, KTU, 92.3 Now) for a reason. Some of those songs that are in the top 10 in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 is just hilarious.
