The Codex Top 20! CertificationBronze - 25 Plays Gold- 50 Plays 1x Platinum - 100 Plays 2x Platinum - 200 Plays 3x Platinum - 300 Plays 4x Platinum - 400 Plays 5x Platinum - 500 Plays (Diamond) etc...
Chart On the table, TW means a songs position on the chart currently, "LW" means what it's position was on the previous week, "W" represents the number of weeks on the chart, "HP" is the "highest point" a song has had and "TP" means "Total Points", the color represents the song's current certification, brown being Bronze, orange being Gold, grey being Platinum, and white being 2x+ Platinum. "DP" means "DroP", while 'NE" means New, and "RE' means Re-Entry. If a song has a peak of 1 with another number beside it in brackets, that shows it's weeks at #1. Side Notes Charts are from Saturday-Friday, and are posted on Saturday mornings, or Friday nights.. January 1 through Febuary 5 charts only have the #1 of the week, the overall play count of each song and the weeks on the chart. It will chart normally on the year end chart, though, because that is based on overall plays. Old songs will get dropped from the chart if a new entry knocks it off.

Week 3 Febuary 26-March 5------------------------- More Debuts!...This week sees yet another invasion of new entries, as the chart was expanded to a Top 30. This was a slower week, meaning the bottom 10 are very close. E.T. Manages to stay a second week at #1, probably the last. Love in America is my Hot Shot Debut, debuting at #2. Biggest jumps this week go to Heartbeat which jumps up 12 slots to #8, We R Who We R jumps up 10 slots to #3, and Only Girl jumps 5 slots to #11. Among the biggest drops are Never Say Never, which falls 23 slots to drop out, Black and Yellow, which falls 19 slots to #23, and Just Can't Get Enough, which falls 18 slots to #20, after being a Hot Shot Debut last week. New certifications this week include 3x Platinum for We R Who We R, 2x Platinum for Only Girl, Gold for Black and Yellow and Raise Your Glass, and Bronze for all the debuts bar F**k You, and also Bronze for Heartbeat. Thanks! I'm Glad you like it! I Love Inna, and apparently I love the Jordan track. I tried dropping it this week but it somehow stayed in the Top 10 >:( ------------------------- Week 4 March 5-12------------------------- Britney DominationThis week sees 2 Britney songs in the Top 3, as Hold It against Me rises to #2 from #5 and Till The World Ends climbs to #1 from #5. This makes Hold It Against Me the most played song since Womanizer (471), back in 2008, also by Britney Spears. This weeks Hot Shot Debut goes to Duck Sauce, as Barbra Streisand debuts at #6 with 33 plays. Other debuts include Rolling In The Deep (#15), and Bow Chicka Wow Wow (#14). Greatest Gainer goes to What The Hell?, which managed to shoot up into the top 10 (#9) after being placed in the Drop section last week. Other large gainers include Moment 4 Life (#25-11), and On The Floor (#17-4). Biggest Loser goes to We R Who We R, falling 17 spots (Ironically, it was the Greatest Gainer last week). Other large losses include Love In America (#2-17), and Raise Your Glass (#10-25). New Certifications for the week : Hold It Against Me reached 4x Platinum, Till The World Ends, Higher, reach 1x Platinum. Deja Vu, S.O.S., Heartbeat, Love In America, reach Gold, and Barbra Streisand reaches Bronze. Next week "Femme Fatale" will chart, expect around 5 songs in the top 10, meaning there will be at least 7-8 drops next week. Ouch.

Week 5 March 12-19------------------------- Femme FataleThis week Femme Fatale debuts! And it is a very big debut indeed. 12 of the Top15 this week is Britney, with 10 being new entries. 2 of the other 3 are also new entries! Very overplayed Top10 this week, as even the #10 spot has 31 plays, the highest since I Need a Doctor debuted at #10 with 33 plays on Feb 12-19, though the chart was only a Top20 then, which helped make it overplayed. Highest debut this week is I Wanna Go, debuting at #1, followed by Big Fat Bass and Friday. Biggest climbers are Tonight, Raise Your Glass and I Need a Doctor, no other songs climbed, because of the multiple Top10 entries. S.O.S. has the biggest drop, falling 34 spots to #44 (Drop), next being Cannibal. which fell 33 spots to #38 (Drop), and Moment 4 Life which fell 31 spots to #42 (Drop). Hold It Against Me reached 5x Platinum, The Top 5 reach Gold, while #7-#12 reaches Bronze

Week 6 March 19-26------------------------- T.G.I.F., FunFunFun!This week was a slower week. Very low playcount, so I changed the chart back to a Top20, and will probably keep it like that. I also modified the chart format to make it a bit easier to look at. This also means that the drops section has been changed to a Recurrent section, because there were too many drops and they were crowding up the chart. At #1 this week is Katy Perry with Last Friday Night, the second song about the days of the week in a row to debut (re-enter in this case) in the Top3. Most songs from Femme Fatale have plumeted, ones that fell out of the Top20 have been recurrented. I Wanna Go, however, manages to stay in the Top2. 9 Recurrents this week, meaning next week the plays they would have gotten will be spread out in the Top20, hopefully making the chart more accurate. This week S&M reached 2x Platinum, and Dirty Dancer, I Wanna Go and Last Friday Night reached 1x Platinum. The next couple of weeks will include a lot of 2x Platinums, as multiple songs are around 180-190.

Awesome to see Katy's equally best song in at #1, and Gaga re-entering. You play your songs too much (Seriously, according to last.fm my most played song of the past week is a song I don't like with 7 plays )Edit: Hope you can get time to post your next chart. :)

You seem to post a new chart like, every day :kii: Much, much love for Judas and Mr. Saxobeat! I love the Pitbull/Ne-Yo/Afrojack/Nayer version of Give Me Everything, I've never heard of this one though. What happened to Born This Way?

It intrigued me more though that while 'Give Me Everything' was by David Guetta, 'Who's that Chick' was by just 'Guetta' :kii:

/late ------------------------- Week 11 April 23 - 30------------------------- Oh Oh Oh #3 Britney rebounds to #1 following the release of the remix featuring Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha. This marks the first #1 for Minaj, and first time on the chart since Moment 4 Life fell off a few weeks ago. 7 Debuts this week, 2 of which didn't make the Top20, Hello and Run The World. Jennifer Lopez debuts with the high "I'm Into You", giving her her highest peaking song so far. Friday and Big Fat Bass go recurrent after weeks of being in the bottom 30, ending both of their runs at 6 weeks.
Next weeks chart (April30-May7) will be a little different, I'm going to start using a 3 week rolling system, this is to stop songs from having undeserving peaks, and to stop me from having ~50 #1s in a year. The chart will also be expanded to a Top40 and it will stay like that hopefully, I'm also thinking of adding a Last Week column, or a Pop Bar column. I'll go back starting from week 3 and redo the charts with the 3 week rolling system, hopefully it'll be up by Friday. Also, from now on "drops" will be songs that fall out of the Top40, instead of me randomly dropping songs that I don't like anymore.
756 Plays for the week Enjoy

------------------------- Week 13 April 30 - May 7------------------------- Jud-as, Jud-ah-ah-as Welcome to Week 1 of the Codex Top 40! This week Judas climbs to its first week at #1, knocking the previous 3 week ruler to #7. Mr. Saxobeat gets a new peak, as it rises 3 spots to #2, and right behind it is Till The World Ends, which has just spent its 10th week in the Top 10, 9 of those being in the Top4! At #4 Katy moves one slot down for the second week in a row, and at #5 Bruno Mars gets his first Top5 since Grenade in Febuary. As Judas takes the #1 spot, Born This Way falls off the chart on its 13th week, giving it 12 weeks on the chart, with a peak at #4, and 251 overall points. Peacock joins Born This Way in the drop section, falling out after only 6 weeks on the chart, with a low peak of #18. This week there are 4 new entries, Selena Gomez & The Scene at #16 with 67 points, Chris Brown & Others at #23 with 58 points, Hypnotico at #34 with 51 points, and Smile at #37 with 50 points. The Top 6 all got 100+ points, and the Top37 all got 50+ points, with Crazy Beautiful Life and Written In The Stars being the lowest with 46-46 points each, a new high for a #40 song, the previous record being 23 points, on 3 different weeks. 1202 Plays for the week
Enjoy! ------------------------- Week 14 May 7 - 14------------------------- He Betrays Meh... Welcome to Week 2 of the Codex Top 40! This week Judas logs a second week at #1, with a huge spincrease. Till The World Ends keeps climbing from the remix, finally giving it its 10th week in the Top 4. Dirty Dancer re-enters from its own remix at #3 with 100 plays, becoming only the 10th song this year to log a week with at least 100 plays, tied with the Black Eyed Peas for 9th biggest play count in a single week. I'm Into You has the second worst update this week, but manages to reach #4 thanks to a vacuum effect, and at #5 I have Alexandra Stan, who starts to descend slowly. Papi tumbles from #6 all the way down to #38, with the worst update of the week. S&M had a hard fall of 1-7 last week, this week it continues its tumble, falling to #17. In the dropout section we have 2 Kesha songs, Crazy Beautiful Life and Grow a Pear, both of which fall out this week after 5 weeks, with low peaks of #25 and #13. Yet another Katy Perry song falls out, as Firework falls out after 17 weeks, giving it the 4th most weeks of the year so far. Who's That Chick also falls, barely missing 4x Platinum, although it will reach it in a few weeks from recurrent play. Give Me Everything is the most unexpected tumble, however it will probably re-enter in a week or so. 914 Plays for the week Enjoy! ------------------------- Week 15 May 14 - 21------------------------- Fame Hooker, Prostitute Wench!Welcome to Week 3 of the Codex Top 40! Judas stays at #1 for a third week, likely it's last one as Where Them Girls at? shoots up 8-2 with a huge bullet. Dirty Dancer stays at #3, while Who Says manages to sneak into the Top 5 at #4, rounding out the Top 5 is Nicki Minaj who gets her second and third Top 5 hit this week, with Where Them Girls At? and Superbass. Nicki previously reached #2 last week with her feature on Till The World Ends, which falls to #10 this week from all the new entries, however this gives Mrs. Spears' her 12th week in the Top10. For comparison, HIAM spent 12 weeks overall in the Top 10, although it got 100 more plays during it's Top 10 run, TTWE is projected to spend at least 18-20 weeks in the Top 10, it could even challenge HIAM for song of the year! Don't Stop The Party is the highest debut this week at #11, looking to be a future #1! Poison debuts at #16, and The Edge Of Glory debuts at #27 this week after failing to debut last week. Not surprisingly, Papi falls off the chart after tumbling 6-38 last week, I'm Into You takes a similar tumble, falling 26 spots to #30. What The Hell falls off after an impressive 14 weeks, almost reaching 300 spins. Deja Vu falls out after 11, but is expected to re-enter.
722 Plays for the week
Enjoy! ------------------------- Week 16 May 21 - 28------------------------- Pause That, Abort That!Welcome to Week 4 of the Codex Top 40! Judas' reign comes to an end as it falls to #3, allowing Where Them Girls At to take the #1 spot, and Dirty Dancer to take the #2 spot. Super Bass also goes up one spot to #4, and last weeks Hot Shot Debut, Don't Stop The Party, rounds out the Top 5. Right behind it are the other debuts from last week, Poison and The Edge of Glory, at #6 and 7 respectably. Till The World Ends and Mr. Saxobeat stay steady in the Top 10 at #8 and 9, and at #10 I Wanna Go enters the Top 10 for the first time since it fell out on the week of 04/16/11. Biggest droppers this week are Look At Me Now (-64%), Who Says (-59%), Hypnotico (-58%) and Smile (-56%). Greatest gainers are Don't Stop The Party (+35%), Where Them Girls At (+20%), The Edge Of Glory (+18%) and Poison (+16%). Give Me Everything Tonight is this weeks non mover, which may seem strange since it just reentered at #19, but 37 songs dropped this week. Don't Wanna Go Home enters at #11, behind it Electric Chapel enters at #12, Schiebe debuts at #24 and Party Rock Anthem debuts at #40, while Deja Vu reenters at #28. S&M, I Need a Doctor, Inside Out, We R Who We R, I'm Into You and Love In America fall out.
620 Plays for the week
Enjoy! EDIT 09/25/11: I deleted the other thread, and c&p-d the charts in it into the last post of this thread.
