1. Spotlight 2. Holiday 3. Everybody 4. Physical Attraction 5. Over And Over 6. Into The Groove 7. Where's The Party 8. Holiday (Dub Version) 9. Into The Groove (Dub Version) 10. Where's The Party (Dub Version) I love this album. I'm a big fan of 80's 12" remixes, and this CD has a lot of really great ones and most of them are segued together. My favorite version of "Into the Groove" is the one featured on this album. And edited version of it , and of the "Holiday" remix on here are featured on "The Immaculate Collection". This album hit #14 on the Billboard 200 and went platinum. It also sold over five million copies worldwide and is the second-best selling remix album ever (MJ's "Blood On The Dancefloor" is the first). It also went to #1 on the Hot/Dance Club play chart for a week (albums were allowed to chart back then) "Spotlight" went to #32 on Hit 100 Airplay.

I really liked some of the versions included on here. The "Into The Groove" one is my favorite too. While I do like the idea of having it configured to be like a DJ set with no gaps in between, most if not all of these extended versions were really hard to find in good quality so an unmixed version would have been nice. Some unmixed DJ promo CDs do exist with the full versions though.

I used to have this back when I was obsessed with her. It's decent, I looove "Spotlight", very underrated tune.

Not one of my faves anymore. I haven't listened to this in years. Neither have I, but I would still consider this one of my favorites. Brings back fond memories. I love "Spotlight".

Still love this. Still play it when I go out running. I remember back then a friend of mine let me borrow his vinyl of this album. Still remember being in my living room, next to the speaker with the album sleeve in my hands. I couldn't believe my ears when I listened to this for the very first time. I think I had a heart attack with Into The Groove and Over And Over, ha ha.

It's a fun listen. I don't revisited too often, but it was actually the first '80s Madonna album I ever got, so I have fond memories of listening to it when I first discovered Madonna's catalogue.
The song choices were interesting, but I like that they chose songs based off their danceability rather than it being like a mini greatest hits. I especially like that "Physical Attraction" was highlighted. Also LOL at the "You Can Dance" phrase getting cut off at the beginning of the "Into the Groove" mix, which they fixed on the Immaculate Collection.

It's super fun. I'm such a sucker for extended versions and I love some of that added instrumental elements. There are versions of these mixes I prefer to the album versions ("Where's The Party" especially).
I have the regular remix album. And there was actually an official promo version of this with single edits of all of the tracks that I have as well.
