She looks flawless in that dress with Smokey! :o I really hope we get video of her honor performance. ^Oh poo. I was hoping for more Carrie, but now I've paid $40 for probably three songs :( You still get to see Carrie, so it was $40 well spent! :) |

Carrie performed "You Really Got A Hold on Me" last night at the ELLA Awards in honor of Smokey Robinson. Smokey dedicated a performance of "My Girl" to Carrie, as well:  More pics can be found over here! |

"Right now I'm working on my next album and been in and out doing a few shows here and there, been writing. I’m here writing a little bit. It was kind of like well since I'm flying out all the way to LA to be here with Smokey, I might as well get some work done, too, so yeah I'm just working right now, kind of behind the scenes getting everything ready." I'm guessing that means some more writing w/ David Hodges and maybe a meeting w/ the label? |

CMA promo featuring Brad & Carrie: Some behind-the-scenes footage of Carrie & Tony shooting their guest spot on Blue Bloods can be found over here. And, speaking of Tony, be on the lookout for a new Target commercial featuring Carrie alongside various other artists included on Duets II singing "Happy Birthday" to Tony. I can't find video of that one online anywhere at the moment. |

I love Carrie with sleek straight hair, I was disappointed that they didn't go with that look for the last era despite the straight hair on the PO album cover. She looks more adult/sophisticated this way.

"But then why do they sing together all the time?" was her response to everything I tried to explain.
