First, thanks again for the videos vinman.
Second, I thought she sounded amazing yesterday. I loved her set: four uptempo songs and in the middle of it slowing down with IKYW. She was really confident and it still amazes me how much she's grown as a performer since Idol.
She must really love to sing IKYW live, I wouldn't be surprised if she'll be singing it again on her next tour.

That IKYW performance was DEFINITELY my fave IKYW performance from her ever.
PCA one was amazing, perfect vocals. But this one has that extra passion, extra confidence, more charisma. She looks like a superstar there, commanding the stage with her freakin' amazing voice.
Oh, and the bangs are super HOT. Funny how I was just thinking the other day that Carrie should bring back her bangs look from 2008.

I've already revisited last night's set like ten times. She's a star, that's all.

Thanks for the videos Vinman!
Last Name is definitely her most fun song to hear her sing live imo.

Carrie quickly added that while she’s been away from the public, she’s been very busy, writing and recording new music for her next album. “2012 will be a big year. I’ve already recorded a few songs, lent my vocals to 6 songs, now we’re filling in the gaps, making sure it’s right. My biggest problem is having too many. There are ones you don’t wanna let go of. The bar is set high for sure on this one.” Have you been writing? :Yes, Mike is gone during the day, practicing, working out, so I can work.” Back to tour next year? Yes, we don’t have any details worked out yet, but whatever it is, it’ll be great.” countrycountdownusa.com/2011/09/23/carries-record-tour-plans/Audio clips here countrycountdownusa.com/audio/

Video: Carrie Underwood Gives Album Update at iHeartRadio Music Fest"I've recorded vocals [for] six songs thus far," she says. "It's all about just making the best album that I possibly can. New songs are coming in all the time -- I'm still writing, and I've recently written some stuff I'm really, really excited about, so just throwing it all in the mix and seeing what comes out on top, because I really just really really want to go for it this time."

This makes me really excited. It really sounds like she's taking a more artistic approach this time around. Can't wait to hear these new songs.

I'm working on PixieGlitter's cap now to get you all a very nice HQ prestine cap of her performance last night.
Did you listen to her british accent on my CCUSA cap, she's got it down pat i say! Hanging around ANN E., Simon Fuller will do that for you.

Ann Edelblute is British?! :o I had no idea! All of these interviews have me bouncing out of my seat with excitement. She's really dedicated to making this album the absolute best she can make it, and I'll wait for as long as I need if it's going to be this amazing. :)

Ann Edelblute is British?! :o I had no idea! I remember hearing her talk in Carrie's CMT In The Moment... hmm, she didn't have any Brit accent though.

Honestly, just re-watched her "I Know You Won't" performance from last night, and wow. That performance had "superstar" written all over it. The emotion she put into it blows me away.

And yet somehow EW thought she was "robotic". Not sure where they got that from. Carrie looked so comfortable on that stage.

As mentioined above, PixieGlitter was able to rip the HD quality stream last night. I converted it to HQ Divx and it's now up on my site. If you downloaded the original vid, make sure you download this new version!

Not even gonna waste my font on that Tanner bitch trying to ignite an Idol fanwar. :re-watches IKYW: Sometimes I think that Carrie won't ever shake the "robotic" shit no matter what she does. She could be hanging upside down and swinging across the stage and she'll still be called that, unfortunately. Anyhoo, thanks Vinman for all the videos! I was so bummed when I learned that I could've watched the concert on Xbox live in HD but I was watching a on crappy stream! lol I can't wait to watch Carrie's set in HD! IKYW was her best performance of it yet, IMO, and I hope she never stops singing it.

Carrie did brilliantly, Tanner is probably an Idol aficionado who is team Kelly. It always happens.
Looking forward to Album #4, but seriously I want single news by CMAs at least.

I don't get why you guys are drooling over the IKYW performance. I don't know, I hated the little breaks she took between the words in the chorus. The song is fluid, and she messed up with that. Other than that, during the high notes, she did great. I definitely wouldn't call it her best performance of the song, though. I also didn't like the bangs, she is way prettier without it. Loved the other performances (even though I don't really like Last Name :X)

I agree, the little breaks add a realness to the song... it's live, she just got through two up-tempos to then sing perhaps her vocally toughest song. It added something to the emotion of the song as well... almost like "hold on, I need to get it together" in little bits. With her eyes closed, she was so into the song. It was flawless in my opinion. I just can't get over her vocals... she really is one of the best. I can't stop re watching.

Girl keeps getting better and better. Dang!
Just to add: this new album she's working on must be a doozy. There's no word, no clue, no song list, no nothing. Maybe this one will not only be a huge success, like the others, but get the attention of the bratty east coast, west coast critics. Nah, they never give her credit. What in the hell was I thinking.
