I have a feeling this is going to make it to #1. I cannot believe this has already eclipsed both first and second singles. Definitely a first for her career. And the success of "IWG" (#1 or not) definitely sets up great possibilities for another sizeable hit for single #4. Could she actually get a successful 4th single?!
I also hope there's something else lined up in terms of promo/discount, etc. as this should be peaking in the next 2-3 weeks. If peak audience comes around the same time as VMAs, plus a remix/discount then this may actually get to Top 5 on the Hot 100, which would be great!

They did perform at Do something awards, but that's is it. And I don't that had much impact on sales... Brit is hanging on well now that she is out of top ten...
I believe the best thing for her is: Mac Miller passes HCR and believe me,this will fall considerably... I don't think MM should stay in top 10 for too long, so when it gets out, IWG gets back in. Well, unless some other song of a big artist, like You and I, gets in before... This would delay Brit's comeback a bit, the same way She Will delayed Good Life comeback.
Worst case scenario: Brit is back after VMA... Until that, I hope she keeps gaining on radio...

Last Friday Night had a -91, I'm thinking that by next week it should start having steady over -100 updates. I think that I Wanna Go will hit #1 just by default. Just because the next song in line is Lighters , but it should take the song around 5 -6 more weeks to reach to the top. I don't think LFN is the type of hit that radio can have a the top for 5 more weeks for a total of 8, that would be overkill.
