#2 with a bullet on Billboard's pop songs chart. The cut-off for this charts is on Monday and is based on AI so she could grab the Billboard #1 on next week's chart. On Mediabase, she can do it by this Sunday since she only lost 16 spins today so she might gain some spins in the next 2 days. If not this week, then next week would be its last chance cause MLJ is coming fast though I don't' think it'll be gaining +300s for too long.
On the worldwide chart is hanging on at #11 with a peak of #10 despite completely flopping in the UK and Germany. Hopefully it'll be her 3rd platinum single from Femme Fatale.

Pleasantly surprised to see Lucky at #2 :o I know it did really well in Europe, but I didn't expect it to peak that high. Amazing. Sucks that 3, HIAM, and TTWE didn't peak at #1.
and I would've imagined Rihanna being in the top 10 as well. Hmm

Britney could climb over Michael Jackson in her next era and maybe Mariah for a #2 placement! :o

Wouldn't we rather see Britney score that #1 on BB100 than #1 on pop??

I was talking about the worldwide chart's platinum certification which is given at 2 million points. Anyone has its total worldwide points? #looksatthememberformerlyknownascube

Uh, are ya'll sure that there's certifications for worldwide "charts"? I don't think certifications are worldwide because 1M in sales in the US is platinum but 1M in another country might be 3x platinum. But on mediatraffic.de I think the 2M platinum triangle is represented in points (radio and sales) I could be wrong.

It's mediatraffic. In over 10 years is the only site I know where labels, music forums / sites / blogs take weekly sales updates. It also has the largest archive of music data. Maybe it is not 100% accurate, but monitors most important WW markets

I still can't believe how poorly some of her earlier singles did on the Hot 100.

i know this is a radio forum and everything but.... dont you guys think that the BBHot100 should be based on sales alone? i mean it doesnt make sense to me to factor in radio plays, in most other countries, in fact every other country i can think of it is based on sales alone... what do you guys think? also this song has far exceeded my expectations of its hot 100 peak i was thinking like 20 at most, glad it did well ![:d](http://images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif) love it!!

I understand what you are saying but I like US' methodology (50/50...or close to it). So that success isn't based on one thing...also glad they include video streaming as well. The methodology in the 90s was annoying...it was 75/25 or something like that and huge hits like 'Torn' 'Men in black' 'Don't speak' etc. didn't even chart on the hot 100.

What was the last song to hit #1 with a negative bullet? • 'F**k You' (–159) • 'Womanizer' (–203) • 'Love Song' (–40) • 'What Goes Around...' (–34) • 'So Sick' (–344) • 'Listen to Your Heart' (–29) • 'This Love' (–107) • 'I'm With You' (–152) • 'What a Girl Wants' (–20) • 'I Knew I Loved You' (–148)* • 'Save Tonight' (–25) • 'You Were Meant for Me' (–43) • 'Missing' (–134) • 'Stay (I Missed You)' (–411) * 'I Knew I Loved You' hit #1 on the first week of January, therefore the –148 reflects a 3-week trend.

It looks like this may hit #1 on the Billboard Pop Songs chart first as opposed to Mediabase (officially)...
