Huh. That's higher than I would have guessed for Hair, but I suppose it was really, really frontloaded. LMFAO T10 would be nice. Will Adele get ET's 5 weeks, BTW's 6 weeks, or more? I really think Adele will be #1 for more than 6 weeks. Usually songs in the summer have a hard to reaching that when one song is huge. usually only 2 or 3 songs hit #1 in the summer time. Plus what is it's competition Pitbull? Bruno? Beyonce's second single Lady Gaga's new one

Party Rock Anthem could be #1. The song has been #1 in UK and Australia.
Remember that ;)

^^I'm 99% certain Pitbull is the next. :( Yeah I agree with this. For some reason I thought his airplay was lower until I looked at it yesterday and he is exploding on that front as well as downloads. At this rate, he'll just have to wait until RITD peaks digitally and then he'll take over.

Adele isn't even slowing down. What is her potential AI max here?
EOG is also getting a much warmer reception than Judas -- although Judas had bigger out of the box airplay, it fizzled almost immediately. EOG should easily outperform its airplay.

"E.T." had been losing airplay, but now it gained a little bit with today's update.
has Nicole Scherzinger's track gone for official play yet? After all the terrible performances that her solo singles saw in the USA, can she actually score a hit? She's doing well in the UK, singles-wise. Will her X Factor hosting duties help the cause later on?

Which proves that Idol promotion and a hot rapper don't garantee a hit. But it did for OTF. You believe that Idol promotion and a featured rapper can alone garantee a song's success?

^No- but, it certainly boosted it in the USA- J.Lo was a new judge, had a new album coming out, was touted as "the most beautiful woman," etc. etc. This stuff raised her- and the track's- profile. I certainly don't think it necessarily will translate to overall and long-term success (witness the album's performance), but for the lead single, it definitely did not hurt.

I'm gonna guess Chris Brown will remain top 10 but maybe Hair will end up at #10 after all. I'm torn. I hate the song but would be happy to see Gaga's streak continue.

The top 8 is 194+, how would she make #10 with 147? #15 IMO.

I just looked at kworb's estimates, I think his guess of 12, maybe 13 for Hair is more likely.
Just because the top 8 is a certain amount, that doesn't guarantee what's below it is right behind it by any means. For example, there's a 54 point gap between #3 and #4, but just a 5-point gap between #5 and 6. Irregularities like that can occur. You have to just add things up.
All we know is that the remaining top ten contenders have airplay of 76m or less and sales under 111k.

TOP 10 . 4. BRITNEY SPEARS - Till The World Ends: 98.214 (- 0.613) So basically 100M... In grade school my teachers taught me to round to the nearest 10s...therefore, it is 100M in my books. That's my story and I am sticking to it. LOL
