I'm liking the album a lot more now. If they ever pushed a single at Pop, "Don't Tell Me No" would've been a good choice. So catchy. I agree. I can't stop playing "Don't Tell Me No". It's easily one of my favorites from the "BraveHeart". |

The first four songs on the album are garbage, but it oddly begins to pick up very nicely towards the middle. The song she did with French Montana screams "summertime single." They'd be idiots to not release it.

The Woman You Love could've replaced Runaway on the album and That's What We Do could've been one of the bonus tracks at least.

Hits shows Ross at 81k and they predicted him to sell 160 so i tink most likely ashanti will double wat she currently has so she will stick be in the 18-21 k prediction they gave her |

TWWD doesn't really fit the "sound" of the album but it should have been a bonus track. It's currently one of her most played tracks on Spotify. She could have kept "Bonafide Survivor" and "Never Too Far Away" (I hate this song, always have lol) "Bonafide Survivor" made it as a Target bonus track (with "RIP"), while "Never Too Far Away" made it as an iTunes bonus track (with "Perfect So Far"). Anyone know how "Perfect So Far" sounds? |

Perfect So Far is ok. The Woman You Love and THWD would've been better bonus tracks, I only like RIP of the 4 she actually released.
Braveheart debuts at #12 with 23,000 sold. Not bad, all things considered. She definitely could've gotten up to 30k with a single at radio and stronger promo.

Wow, almost 30k on a indie label, no single at radio or promo. Had she had all those things I think she could have pulled 50-60k.

Ashanti will also sing the National Anthem at the World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title fight between fighter of the decade, Manny Pacquiao and undefeated two-division world champion, Timothy Bradley Jr., April 12 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is currently writing music for the soundtrack and score of the forthcoming film Tupac, to be released by Morgan Creek in 2015.

I haven't listened to Ashanti in decades (Foolish is the shit!), I peeped parts of her new album and I see her voice is still paper thin. There was nothing on there that grabbed me or urged me to listen to it again. Just a throwaway album by a throwaway singer, she still looks good though.
