Any reason why "Despacito" is gaining so much at the moment? It had a big increase in both versions aout 6 hours ago and has had two more green updates since. It's at 1.3ish combined. Looks like WT won't be overtaking its sales.

If the MV will drop on Friday and if it'll maybe break Hello's record, I think that the desperates that want Mariah's record to be broken won't get what they want. And quit frankly, I'm fine with that. If I have to choose between these two shitty songs, I prefer the record to be held by a non-OHW. And, let's be honest, Luis Fonsi will most likely be a OHW in the US.

And quit frankly, I'm fine with that. If I have to choose between these two s**tty songs, I prefer the record to be held by a non-OHW. (The charts that cover Latin music in the American music market) On the English-speaking pop music chart Daddy Yankee has had several hits and of course Justin Bieber has had a hit or two as well. |

Looks like Despacito's 16th week depends on how big a drop Friends has in between day 1 and 2 I doubt it. Sure, Friends is #1 on iTunes, but it's not an Adele-sized lead. Considering the audio on youtube has yet to crack a million views, I'm not liking its chances. Maybe the official video will do better. Might even end up in the lower end of the top 10 next week. |
