This is one of the greatest house tracks of all time, released at the height of the acid house movement in 1989. It has a fantastic modulating bassline. It's a hypnotic track that is symbolic of the late 80s rave scene. It peaked at #10 in the UK. The 7" and 12" remixes were both retitled as "Pacific 707" and "Pacific 202" respectively. There was also a "Pacific 909" bonus beats version and a "Pacific 303" version. In 1998, the "Pacific 808" version was released and peaked at #21 in the UK.

Classic. I do believe their work hit a decline following the departure of Gerald Simpson (bka A Guy Called Gerald of "Voodoo Ray" fame) in '89. This was, in some way, his parting gift to the outfit.

One of the greatest 80s house/dance records of all-time. So soothing for an electronic dance track. Once heard it on a B96 mix set as an old school cut in the mid-1990s. Was a hot record on that station's weekend mix show when it originally came out but I was too young to remember it. The original extended mix is the best version (that was one the B96 mixers played back then). They raised the bar in ’89, epic use of sax and synths!
Did we ever learn if that is an actual LOON?
