So "Collide" hasn't gone for adds yet? Just thinking that even ESTELLE of all people in the world gets more airplay.

Always about the labels. hehe It's been five years since "Too Little Too Late" in the fickle pop wold- to release new stuff in 2011 just may have been that. She had a couple of top 20 hits; she's not a big -enough act for fans to be waiting patiently and guarantee great support upon the return.

Yea why do labels even exist? We all know JoJo would sell millions if the label wasn't messing things up.
Everybody loves her and would buy the song if they knew about it.

So, it's looking fairly safe that "Someone Like You" will return to the top this week.
"You & I" mostly is hurt by the lack of rhythmic play, which is understandable, as it doesn't really fit the format. It's top 10 on the current 7-day rolling charts for both pop and Hot AC. It's nearing top 20 on AC. Of course, it's not getting any notable play on any sort of rock station- rock will not touch obvious pop acts, no matter how "rock" a track is. Damita Jo Jackson didn't even chart on the rock chart with "Black Cat"- not sure if MJ did with "Beat It." Plus, "You & I" has rock elements, but isn't really a "rock" track.

Holiday Guy - MJ did chart on Rock Tracks with "Beat It" as did Prince with "When Doves Cry". However, the Rock chart was significantly different back then, deep in the synth Brit Pop era. By the time "Dirty Diana" and "Black Cat" came along, they had tightened their playlist sound, to the exclusion of any Black act with the exception of "Living Colour".

Well, yes, but people can't go download a song or even love a song they don't even know exists. Seriously, promo is key to a song's success. "Disaster" has gotten none.

Promo does not hurt, but even with little to no promo, fans- if there are enough of them- know of a track and that alone can propel first-week sales, at he least, especially if it's something from a new studio album. JoJo is not a big act, so the showing thus far isn't shocking.

It would be great if WFL could jump SAIKI in airplay by Sunday to make up for the sales difference.

Airplay by Sunday? While sales period ends Sunday, tracks has an additional three days until the airplay period ends (Wednesday). Neither tracks looks to be a No. 1 contender anytime soon, unless SAIKI's sales explode and SLY's plummet.

www.billboard.com/#/news/j-cole-debuts-at-no-1-on-billboard-200-blink-1005384552.storyMoving over to the Digital Songs chart, Adele's "Someone Like You" regains the top slot, moving 2-1 with 222,000 (up 10%), likely owed to the recent premiere of its music video. Last week's No. 1, Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger" (featuring Christina Aguilera), descends to No. 2 with 198,000 (down 15%). Brand new at No. 3 is B.o.B's "Strange Clouds" featuring Lil Wayne, debuting with 197,000 downloads sold. B.o.B last charted as a lead artist on the Digital Songs chart with "Magic," which peaked at No. 7 in 2010. "Strange" marks his best debut sales week for a single, previously held by the 137,000 launch of "Airplanes" on May 1, 2010. Foster the People's "Pumped Up Kicks" slides 3-4 with 177,000 (down less than 1%) while LMFAO's "Sexy and I Know It" skips 6-5 with 161,000 (up 16%). LMFAO's previous hit, "Party Rock Anthem," shuffles down 4-9 with 124,000 (down 17%). Rihanna's "We Found Love" rises 7-6 with 147,000 and a 25% gain after the song's first full week of availability at digital retail. Her previous single, "Cheers (Drink to That)," holds at No. 10 with 96,000 (down 16%). Gym Class Heroes' "Stereo Hearts" (featuring Adam Levine) drops 5-7 with 140,000 (up less than 1%) as David Guetta's "Without You" (featuring Usher) posts a gain at No. 8 (125,000; up 7%) but holds its position for a second week. The second-highest debut on the Digital Songs chart is Bruno Mars' "It Will Rain," bowing at No. 13 with 80,000. It's the first single from the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" soundtrack, due Nov. 8. Digital track sales this past week totaled 20.4 million downloads, down 2% compared with last week (20.8 million) and up 5% stacked next to the comparable week of 2010 (19.4 million). Year-to-date track sales are at 951.7 million, up 11% compared with the same total at this point last year (860.4 million).

www.billboard.com/#/news/rihanna-becomes-fastest-solo-artist-to-20-1005384962.storyRihanna Becomes Fastest Solo Artist To 20 Hot 100 Top 10sHaving first graced the Hot 100 the week of June 11, 2005, with the eventual No. 2-peaking "Pon De Replay," Rihanna reaches 20 top 10s in a span of just six years and four months, besting Madonna for the quickest collection of top 10s among soloists (from an artist's first Hot 100 appearance) in the chart's 53-year history. Madonna tallied her 20th top 10, "Hanky Panky," the week of July 28, 1990, for a stretch of six years and nine months after her chart introduction with "Holiday." Rihanna, thus, bests Madonna's mark by five months. Among all acts, Rihanna's run to 20 top 10s is the second-fastest. Only the Beatles sprinted to the sum more quickly, taking just two years, seven months and one week between their chart entrance with "I Want to Hold Your Hand" (Jan. 18, 1964) and "Yellow Submarine," which sailed 52-8 the week of Aug. 27, 1966. The Supremes are pushed to third-place among all artists, having collected their 20 career top 10s in a span of six years, five months and one week in 1964-70. With the vault, Rihanna becomes the 14th artist to garner as many as 20 Hot 100 top 10s and just the fifth woman to earn the honor. Among women, Madonna leads with 37 top 10s - the highest total among all artists - followed by Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson (27 each) and Whitney Houston (23). Prior to Rihanna this week, Carey had been the last artist to reach 20 top 10s when "Thank God I Found You," featuring Joe and 98 Degrees, blasted 22-2 on the Feb. 12, 2000, chart (a week before it led the Hot 100 for one frame).

www.billboard.com/#/news/rihanna-becomes-fastest-solo-artist-to-20-1005384962.storyRihanna Becomes Fastest Solo Artist To 20 Hot 100 Top 10sHaving first graced the Hot 100 the week of June 11, 2005, with the eventual No.
