How likely is it that Rihanna will have more than one week at #1? As massive as "Only Girl", "What's My Name" and "S&M" were (especially OG), I hope this one can spend a few weeks on top (if not even more)

I'm not so sure if Rihanna can get another week on top with LMFAO's sudden digital surge. They might overtake her by Wed if not tomorrow.

If they had any chance of doing so, it'd be this weekend where they were up to 0.91.But they've fallen significantly since they're back at 0.85. Rihanna has been holding strong and all this without any promo. When this gets #1 I can see it staying there until the album drops.

Didn't know they dropped down to 0.85, thought it was closer than that. Phew!
I hope Rihanna gets another single out before the album with promo.

Adonis, I was just speaking of this. I really think IDJ is going to challenge Capitol/Katy's record with this album.

Well, I actually think the only mistake they made last era was sending CKB to POP instead of Cheers. I kind of like the fast turn-over rate with Rihanna and with this being the last album on her contract I wonder if they will keep the same pace.

I wonder what she plans on doing next? I hope she does not go to Roc Nation. I haven't seen any successful acts come out of there yet.

I would love for Rihanna to land 7 #1 singles in a years time. Never happen. There was a specific reason why the Beatles managed to get 6 #1's in 1964, and to put it simply, the chances for that sort of thing to occur again are not only unlikely, but probably near impossible. Much less one more than that.

There's also the possibility of features, something The Beatles weren't really open to back then.

I'm still thinking she's going to stay with Def Jam. I'm sure her negotiations will be HUGE though, especially is this album is as successful as it should be.
Not many other labels out there that would give her priority like Def Jam has.

Yes, Rihanna needs to stay put. Don't try to fix something that clearly isn't broken. She's the queen of the lot there.

The same sessions that more than a year later, would be re-produced by Phil Spector(yes, THAT Phil Spector) and made into Let It Be, the final released Beatles album.

Somehow I don't see Rihanna getting six or even five number ones from one album. Her guest appearances are another story.

As much as I love Mariah and want her to keep the record for most #1's (female) - Rihanna's in too deep no to overtake the title from her. Will MC da MC ever get another #1?

I believe that some early material like EPs were reissued as "The Beatles with Pete Best", but again, only Preston was credited by name on an original release, so the record stands.
