This is definitely one of her signature songs. It's pretty jarring, but in a good way.

No denying this is one of her signature songs. If "Just Dance" opened the door, this song blew it off the damn hinges. But it's by far her most overrated single IMO. People were losing their sh*t over this when it came out and I still think "Just Dance" and "Paparazzi" are infinitely better.

This song is great but I try to not play it very often because it automatically takes me back to 2009, when life was so much easier :(
Anyways, great track. It's tied with Just Dance as her second best for me, behind Bad Romance.

This isn't my favorite song but it is certainly classic/iconic...all of those things. I still remember the first time I heard it. I was getting gas in East Hampton, Connecticut, on my way to class. I knew from that first listen that it was going to be huge. And it was. Good stuff and good times!

I'm not a big Gaga fan and while this song was overplayed, I do enjoy it. One of the better late 00s dance-pop songs.

12 years ago today, "Poker Face" became Lady Gaga's second No.1 hit on the Hot 100 as it topped the chart for one week. It was released as the second single from her 2008 debut album "The Fame." The song topped the charts in more than 20 markets including the United Kingdom and won the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording in 2009. I wasn't a massive fan of the song when it came out but now I really like it.

it's a classic, but it's one of those songs that was so overplayed they aren't enjoyable now. I much prefer her less played hits from that era.

One of the perks of being in college in 2009 was not listening to the radio and avoiding overexposure to songs from overplay.
I remember every time one of her videos came out, I would force my friends to watch them as pop culture events - this was the first of many.

I still feel that same spark listening to this as I did when it was current, but to be honest I kind of do with most of her hits. Still a banger that transports me to better times. I love it.

Used to be very obsessed with this song when it was out, and I still like it. One of the best from that era...I miss this GaGa

Power 106, KIIS FM and 97.1 amp radio in Los Angeles played this to death.

Early electropop hits from 2008 - 2013 range drastically in production quality. This one STILL sounds like something from the future, which is shockingly impressive considering it's going on 14 YEARS OLD! The first 4 seconds of this song alone is an achievement of musical greatness. I don't think this song is 100% perfect however, its one flaw IMO is the end drags on too long
