I do agree...from an overall fan standpoint...he needs the baseball hat!

I doubt he'll be ditching the baseball hat anytime soon. I love the album cover! Although I don't really understand why they used "2" instead of "to", this isn't pop music. I also really like the new material I've heard so far!

Looks like Curb is changing his image. The backwards baseball cap is his thing. Now people might confuse him with Jerrod Niemann/James Otto. I bet it's Lee's idea and not Curb's. He does look a bit like Jerrod Niemann here, but perhaps he tried out that kind of hat since he and Jerrod are good buddies? And actually, I think Lee looks an awfully lot like Tim McGraw in that cover. Tim usually has a black cowboy hat on, but in this cover, Lee looks like Tim does in The Blind Side and Country Strong, if you ask me.

According to Brian Mansfield (Nashville Reporter for USA Today) The Band Perry's new album could be in stores by late August/September, but that "the music will dictate the schedule" which I took to mean that how the first single is performing will determine if it's late summer or early fall.

Last night they did a show at the Ryman Auditorium and they performed some brand new music. So I don't think it will be long till a single is released.

Yep, he interviewed them after the show. I posted in the All Your Life thread that a new single looks to be late April early May.

Just saw the tracklisting for this. This could actually do pretty well, even though it's essentially a Greatest Hits package. Hank Jr. probably couldn't get any hits on country radio today, but many of the titles on here are signature songs, and it could sell pretty well on his name alone. Of course, knowing that it's released by Curb, it also might not do much at all...or maybe they'll forget to release it lol

Wow, July 10 seems awfully early for the new ZBB CD, since "No Hurry" isn't likely to peak until sometime in May. Of course, we had the same situation with "Free" and the You Get What You Give album. "Free" still made it to #1 and then they quickly released "As She's Walking Away". Still, I wouldn't be surprised to see the album release get pushed back to August or so. I'm really excited for both the Kenny and ZBB CD's as well. I wonder if this means the song "Seven Days" will wind up on Lee Brice's upcoming album, since he said he'd record it and maybe release it if it didn't become a single for Kenny? July 10, 2012Zac Brown Band TBA Just wondering, what's the source for this?

I have to agree that those are pretty early for both Kenny and ZBB, imo. I won't be opposed to that, though.

I watched Jerrod Niemann's online performance on StageIt on Monday, and he was joined by Jon Stone (one of the writers of "Seven Days"). He mentioned that Lee had indeed cut the song for his new album.

anyone know a release date on faith hills new cd? As of now, the album does not have a release date. It was originally scheduled for Feb 28, but they have since pushed it back to an unknown future date.
