She's not the first and definitely not the last to do that lol
People really overuse the word "legend(ary)".
Imo, the most legendary thing she's done on singles charts is to be the first solo artist in history to top both the UK singles and Hot 100 year end charts but with different songs: RITD and SLY. The Beatles did that too when they broke through.

I'm certain she will be...just too soon to call right now.

"Dance A$$" by Big Sean featuring Nicki Minaj jumps from #12 to #10. It's Big Sean's first top 10 hit; Minaj's fourth. Minaj first cracked the top 10 as a featured artist on Trey Songz' "Bottoms Up." She returned to the top 10 with her own "Super Bass" and as a featured artist on Drake's "Make Me Proud." Isn't this technically Nicki's 5th top ten, since she was credited for a week on Till the World Ends with Britney and Ke$ha? YES

Random question: Do the sales of a song's music video on iTunes contribute to the song's sales figure and its Hot 100 points, or those just count for video sales?
Just wondering since the "Sexy And I Know It" video was removed from LMFAO's YouTube channel due to violations over nudity and sexual content. I was just thinking that this could have been a strategy that was cooked up to get the song and its video further attention and get people to buy the song and video.

Music video sales don't count for the Hot 100.
Plays on Vevo do count for streaming, though, I believe (not sure about YouTube as a whole).
I did not know the Sexy and I Know It video was removed. That is ridiculous. Hundreds of videos have shown women far more sexually and no one blinked. Completely sexist.

Probably just a few hours ago.
