They have a CD coming out next Tuesday (in 5 days - first I heard of it)... apparantly it was out in the US since last month according to Tower Records.
Anyways, the first single from it is 'Flying Feeling' as it goes for adds on Triple A this week. I haven't heard it. I wonder if it's good? Other than the singles from their first two albums, I haven't been too impressed with their stuff except for the 'Give Me A Hand' singles. 'Keep A Lid On Things' and 'Get You In The Morning' were great songs!
Here's the tracklisting for the new CD 'Puss N Boots'.
1. It's A Shame 2. Everything Is Better With Me 3. Triple Master Blaster 4. I'm The Man (That You Are Not) 5. Stupid Shame 6. I'll See What I Can Do 7. Your Gun Won't Fire 8. Flying Feeling 9. If Ya Wanna Know 10. Bye Bye Baby Goodbye 11. I Never Try That Hard 12. Never Bother Looking Back 13. It'll Never Leave You Alone

It'll Never Leave You Alone I used to be a great fan of Crash Test Dummies during their "The Ghosts That Haunt Me-God Shuffled His Feet" era, with "Afternoons and Coffeespoons" and "God Shuffled His Feet" still personal favorites of mine. Then, I lost all interest in them when "A Worm's Life" was released, by far their worst album. Then, when I heard positive reviews for "I Don't Care That You Don't Mind", I decided to give it a try, hoping that they got their act back together and though I somewhat liked it, it is MUCH DIFFERENT than their earlier, more melodic and upbeat music. It's all acoustic, slow, and dark, ever since the lead singer got in his accident. Is "Puss N' Boots" more of the same, or do they have more up-tempo recordings here? Sincerely, Noah Eaton
