Granted it's current Pop and MTV/VH1 success, I figured this would re-enter the Hot AC charts and even beat its previous peak. I don't see it beating it's previosu peak anymore, but is it seeing gains in HAC spins?
I bring this up because WPLJ New York just re-added the song this week.. and put it in nice rotation too. They haven't played it since like June or July.

"Harder to Breathe" went recurrent. It has a +55 trend (1106 ---> 1161), and would be #19 right now if it were current.

No, not really. I haven't been keeping track.

*Shameless advertising* You can track the progress of Maroon 5 & other recurrents on the sans-recurrent chart I put out each week!!! Where did Maroon 5 peak on Hot AC? I think it was 16...

Yes, #16 is correct.

I think there's an off-chance that they might beat their previous peak (on a sans recurrent rule chart). Barring a request from their record label for the song to be placed back into current tho, this might just go unnoticed.

If "Harder To Breathe" wasn't on the sans recurrent chart right now, it could well have the chance to top 3000 spins in a week.
But it's just too late for that, and with them having a bullet in recurrent status, that's good enough for the band I'm sure.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

It's never too late when dealing with the AC and Hot AC charts. ;) Norah Jones rentered after her grammy win only to spend another 30+ weeks on the AC chart. Plus, back in 2001, out of NOWHERE, Fuel's "Bad Day" resurfaced on the Hot AC chart. However, considering that the song is already falling on pop, I am sure Hot AC stations will not readd the track.

"Harder To Breathe" was actually below 1000 spins at one point after it went recurrent on Hot AC. Now it's at 1193 spins, so it has gained quite a few spins back over the past several weeks.
