In recent years the Christmas bonus show was "freshened up," whether by Shannon Lynn in Arkansas or Ken Martin in upstate New York, restoring the missing songs, switching in different versions of others, and plugging in newer extras such as the infernal "Christmas Shoes" by Newsong which appeared in other Casey holiday specials after Premiere acquired AT40. I hope they change up the extras again. dL
