Ok, just listened to the '80s show & I'll bite on the hook that Casey threw down for the #1 song...
What is the now the current record for most collective consecutive weeks atop the Hot 100 by foreign acts? Off the top of my head, it's at least 17 weeks, as Justin Bieber did it on two collaborations in 2017 ("I'm The One" and "Despacito").
And likewise, what is the record for most consecutive foreign acts at #1 on the Hot 100? (On this 1985 chart, Tears For Fears was part of the 7th consecutive foreign act at #1 before Huey Lewis ended the streak).

This weekend we have one '80s show and two '70s shows so yet again the weekend preview will be a two-parter. We'll start with the '80s first. "AT40: The '80s" this week presents 8/20/1983. Here is a prior repost: Four songs debuted this week: "(She's) Sexy + 17" - Stray Cats (#34) "Far From Over" - Frank Stallone (#36) "Don't You Get So Mad" - Jeffrey Osborne (#38) "Kiss The Bride" - Elton John (#40) Four songs fell off the Top 40 this week: "Wanna Be Startin' Something" - Michael Jackson (#17) "Cuts Like A Knife" - Bryan Adams (#29) "Come Dancing" - The Kinks (#31) "It's Inevitable" - Charlie (#38)* * = or "Pieces Of Ice" - Diana Ross (played when Keri Tombazian subbed the previous week) Biggest Mover: "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" - Bonnie Tyler (#40 to #30) Biggest Dropper: "Our House" - Madness (#22 to #39) Original extras: "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me" - Diana Ross & The Supremes & The Temptations Long Distance Dedications: "Cecilia" - Simon & Garfunkel "Thank You For Being A Friend" - Andrew Gold Premiere optional extras: Hour #1: "Holiday Road" - Lindsay Buckingham (#84) Hour #2: "True" - Spandau Ballet (#42) Hour #3: "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" - Roberta Flack & Peabo Bryson (#45) Hour #4: "Burning Down The House" - Talking Heads (#54) Let it be known that I received the cue sheet before Greg Kihn died last week so it's possible that Premiere could slot "Jeopardy" in place of the extras listed above (Ironically when this show last aired in 2021, Premiere replaced "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" with "Gimme All Your Lovin'" to honor the then-recently passed Dusty Hill). The '70s preview is next.

so a couple of days ago, my go-to station for the 70s, AM580/CKWW, switched formats from oldies to classic hits. I sent an email asking if they’ll still be airing AT40 and this morning I got a reply stating that they’ve dropped the show. I guess I’ll have to find another station to listen to on Sunday nights…

Are you talking about local over the air radio?
My go to stations are over the internet: Eastern times
Thursday nights 7-10 pm WSQL. 70sA show They rebroadcast Saturday 4pm or WTOJ Sunday 9am
Friday 2-6 pm WWIS 80sA or Saturday 4pm-8pm WHNR - Boss Hogg Radio - Winter Haven FL 80s A
Saturday 7-10 or 6-10 WPAC 70s B Saturday 12-3 or 4 WPNC 70s B
Saturday 7am-11 KCLL 80sB
Sunday 5am-9am WFMX 80sB Sunday 8pm-12 WFRO 80sB
There are many others that are less reliable and don't always play the extras.

"AT40: The '80s" this week presents 8/20/1983. Let it be known that I received the cue sheet before Greg Kihn died last week so it's possible that Premiere could slot "Jeopardy" in place of the extras listed above (Ironically when this show last aired in 2021, Premiere replaced "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" with "Gimme All Your Lovin'" to honor the then-recently passed Dusty Hill). At the end of hour 3, for the extra, Larry did the intro for Greg Kihn and his history and played Jeopardy. At the end of the song he mentioned that Weird Al did a parody of it "I Lost on Jeopardy" and Greg did a cameo in that.

Well. It's going to be interesting to see if that 9/2/2000 show airs anywhere. One station that definitely won't air it is the normal WPNC which decided to air That Thing With Rich Appel on Labor Day instead.

On the September 1st, 1984 show, 96 K-Lite in Edmonton, AB (now 96.3 The Breeze) got a mention as a new station! I didn't know Casey's AT40 had ever aired here, that's really cool.

Again, the Casey Christmas specials will be coming soon.

"The "B" show for this week is from 9/24/1983 (Really Premiere? 1982 and 1983 in the same week?!?)."
Well, that's good. I already have 9/24/1983 so my Sunday is free. It's really tough when there are 70s and 80s A & B shows especially in the summer. That makes the weekends full especially if the stations mess up. Sunday is for the 80s B show. Saturday is for the 70s B show.
In the 9/23/1972 show first hour extra, they did Jackson 5 with Little Bitty Pretty one after telling of Tito Jackson's death.

"Little Bitty Pretty One" replaced "Spaceman" which IMO is no big loss. Meanwhile, on the 1983 show (which aired on WPNC) Premiere replaced "Love Is A Battlefield" with "Never Gonna Let You Go".

This weekend there are TWO '70s shows and TWO '80s shows which means yet again the weekend preview will be a two-parter. We'll start with the '70s shows first. [...] The "B" show for this week is from 9/16/1978. Here is a prior repost: [...] "Love Will Find A Way" - deleted Cruise (#21 to #37) [...] The '80s preview is next. In place of "P-a-b-l-o Cruise", "deleted Cruise" appears twice on this page. EDIT: It's happening as I post this today. Is this one of those April Fools things? WTF is going on here?

Now to preview the two '80s shows. The "A" shows for this week is from 9/25/1982. Here is a prior repost: [...] Premiere optional extras: Hour #1: "Mickey" - Toni Basil (#56) [...] Of note: For this airing, Larry Morgan refreshed his introduction of "Mickey" to mention the song returned to the Hot 100 in 2023 when it was sampled for inclusion in the hit Speed Drive from the "Barbie" movie soundtrack.
