WIDL played the rest - however, they air the show at 6 AM (versus 8 PM for WCRZ), and I drifted off along the way and missed parts of the show the first time.
- I'm really not a fan of the re-mastering of "Never". The vocals don't mesh as well with the music as they did before. (Fortunately, I have Greatest Hits 1985-1995 to remedy that. )
- It seems VERY odd to have "Tarzan Boy" as an extra for an October 1985 show when it didn't go Top 40 until 1986. Would it have debuted on the Hot 100 that week and then just taken so long going up? (They didn't specify.)
- As an aside, "Bridge Over Troubled Water" was also the #1 song of 1970, as mentioned by Casey.
- EDIT: Added the underline to #23 "And We Danced", #11 "I'm Goin' Down", and #2 "Saving All My Love" due to the fact that we will never get to hear the show on which they peaked, which was the Charlie Van Dyke-hosted October 26 show. Their respective positions are in fact the highest up the chart we will ever get to hear them.

Here are this week's programs:
AT40: The '70s will feature 10/29/1977 for the third time. Cartman displayed the Top 40 two years ago and the remaining Hot 100 last year. What will he do for a third showing?
Anyway, there were five debuts this week: "Isn't It Time" - The Babys "It's So Easy" - Linda Ronstadt "Come Sail Away" - Styx "I Go Crazy" - Paul Davis "You Make Loving Fun" - Fleetwood Mac
These five songs fell off that week: "Best Of My Love" - The Emotions "I Believe You" - Dorothy Moore "Telephone Line" - ELO "Don't Stop" - Fleetwood Mac "Strawberry Letter 23" - The Brothers Johnson
Original extras: "Laughter In The Rain" - Neil Sedaka "If You Leave Me Now" - Chicago "You're Sixteen" - Ringo Starr It's amazing that Casey can fit three extras with the Top 40 songs when they were still in a three-hour format. BTW "Laughter In The Rain" has been cut by Premiere. The other two songs stay in some form.
Premiere optional extras: Hour #1: "You're In My Heart" - Rod Stewart Hour #2: "If You Leave Me Now" - Chicago (original AT40 extra) Hour #3: "We Are The Champions" - Queen
AT40: The '80s presents 11/19/1983:
There were five debuts this week: "Union Of The Snake" - Duran Duran "Synchronicity II" - The Police "Owner Of A Lonely Heart" - Yes "I Guess That's Why They Call Them The Blues" - Elton John "Undercover Of The Night" - The Rolling Stones
Five songs fell off this week: "Burning Down The House" - Talking Heads "The Safety Dance" - Men Without Hats "Queen Of The Broken Hearts" - Loverboy "My Town" - The Michael Stanley Band "Spice Of Life" - The Manhattan Transfer
Original extras: None
Long Distance Dedications: "Eye Of The Tiger" - Survivor "Back On My Feet Again" - The Babys
Premiere optional extras: Hour #1: "Holiday" - Madonna Hour #2: "Talking In Your Sleep" - The Romantics Hour #3: "Break My Stride" - Matthew Wilder Hour #4: "Let The Music Play" - Shannon

NOTES: - WCRZ did it again! "You Make My Dreams" played after an abrupt station ID, six minutes before the hour. >:(
- Casey described "The Girl is Mine" as having entered the Hot 100 the previous week at #45.
- Story behind "I Will Survive" as an Extra: It was originally the B-side to single release "Substitute", which bombed. "I Will Survive" was produced by Freddie Perren, who pushed for it to be the A-side in the first place. But Polydor Records insisted on "Substitute", and Freddie finally agreed as long as one of his productions was made the B-side. After "Substitute" bombed, he talked Polydor into talking some stations into playing the B-side. One #1 smash later...the rest is history! (Side note: "Substitute" only got to #107, or #7 Bubbling Under, according to Wiki.)

Here are this weekend's AT40 offerings from Premiere:
AT40: The '70s features 12/4/1976:
Four songs debut this week: "Somebody To Love" - Queen "Shake Your Rump To The Funk" - Bar-Kays "Lost Without Your Love" - Bread "I Wish" - Stevie Wonder
Falling off this week: "Play That Funky Music" - Wild Cherry "Nice 'n' Naasty" - Salsoul Orchestra "A Fifth Of Beethoven" - Walter Murphy & His Big Apple Band "She's Gone" - Hall & Oates
Original extras: "Family Affair" - Sly & The Family Stone As of now, I have absolutely no idea if this song will be kept in by Premiere or not (WHNN is not displaying the cue sheets because of Christmas music).
AT40: The '80s this week features 12/15/1984:
Three songs debuted this week: "I Wanna Know What Love Is" - Foreigner "Bruce" - Rick Springfield (song was about being mistaken for Mr. Springsteen) "Love Light In Flight" - Stevie Wonder
