A Soundscan produced chart (sans the numbers since we can't post that here) that adds in digital tracks to the album sales total
Album sales w/ TEA = album sales from all formats + digital tracks/10
In other words, 10 Taylor Swift tracks off of itunes = 1 album

That top 300 current albums probably means 1,000 copies for no. 300.

Footloose sells shy of 1100 copies and places at #300 on TCA
and
Norah Jones moves around 1700 to place at #200 on TCA
