Very slow week, this time around. 11 songs stay put. Another 14 move only 1 spot. Macklemore/Ryan Lewis and Ke$ha share biggest mover honors with, only, 4 notch climbs. Not much to write home about, really.

Despite the slowness, the chart is, in fact, on schedule. This week's chart closely aligns with the Sunday 1/13 chart (almost 2 weeks behind "real time"), which is about where it should be.

Don't know if this is a coincidence or if they're subtly shilling for Justin. I wouldn't be surprised to see "Suit and Tie" debuting in that part of the chart.

No, not falling behind at all.

Comparing to the Mediabase charts, the first January chart was, about 3 weeks behind (an illusion dampened by all the big movements after the skip weeks). With the 1/12 show, they appeared to have gained a week back (2 weeks behind, which would be considered "on schedule") and have appeared to stay that way for, now, the third week running. The illusion of slowness would come from the fact that one of those weeks corresponded to one of the frozen weeks. The other, corresponded to the week where airplay reflected year-end charts (currents slowed down, recurrents regained bullets).

They could have had 2 breakouts with all the extras. But at least the 241 was well-placed. One new song in the top 5, two in the top 10, but nothing new in the top 20.
Does anyone else think that Troublemaker sounds a bit like Misery by Maroon 5?

Yeah. The source I got the extras from did not include "Ready Or Not" but yet I recorded AT40 off of WFLZ and it had "Ready Or Not" in there.
