It's tough to say this is what the chart would have looked like, without actual viewing numbers, etc. But, this is good for showing what did well on YouTube. Did you keep records of this back then? :)

Rihanna's 'Unfaithful' (up 3.2%) jumps from #2 to #1. It is Rihanna's second #1 hit on the Hot 100.
Shakira falls back to #2 with 'Hips Don't Lie' (down 8.8%) after spending 5 weeks at #1.
'Promicious' (up 8.4%) remains at #3 while being closely followed by 'Crazy' (up 13.32%) which jumps from #5 to #4.
'Do I Make You Proud' (down 0.9%) falls from #4 to #5.
'It's Going Down' (down 6.4%) remains at #6.
'Life Is a Highway' (down 1.5%) jumps from #8 to #7.
Christina Aguilera rockets into the top 10 as 'Ain't No Other Man' (up 78.8%!) jumps from #16 to #8
and vaults from #21 to #6 on the Youtube chart.
