Wow, look at much of Kenny's album tracks getting picked up for additional listening pleasure at various Country stations. Not even Toby Keith performed such an unreleased feat recently.
Eight stations alone picked up "I Go Back" when it is quite likely Kenny's third single from "When The Sun Goes Down" won't be released for another three months or more.
And with his duet with Jimmy Buffett destined to tear up the chart in the next few weeks, Kenny may lock the top two positions on the Country chart.
Any thoughts on the Chesney phenom?
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Kenny is definitely country's "it" artist right now. I wish he'd taken a bit more of a break in between albums. Assuming this one goes 4-5 singles deep, that's 4 years that he'll have been constantly on the radio. I like him enough to own a couple of his albums, but I think he's a little overrated right now.

Kenny has the largest mass appeal of any artist on country radio right now. He is liked by men, women, old, and young. His songs are very universal. It's more the songs and his personality than his voice I think. Don't get me wrong, he has a strong voice but it isn't too distinct.
I bought the new album this week, and there are at least six songs on here that are surefire Top 10 hits. "I Go Back", "The Woman With You" and "Keg in the Closet" would be my single choices after WTSGD.
I also heard he has great live shows. I'm gonna check him out this summer when he tours with Rascal Flatts and Kracker.

I got this CD for my birthday last week, and I was very, very impressed with it. I agree that he could go at least six singles deep with this one (I still wish they'd gone with "Never Gonna Feel Like That Again" as the 6th single from NS, NS, NP). "I Go Back" would be a hit (kind of reminiscent of "The Song Remember When" though nowhere near as good - similar theme, though). I also like "The Woman With You" and "Keg In The Closet" as singles. I'd also go with "Being Drunk's A Lot Like Loving You". Plus, he's added one of my favorite songs of all time as a bonus cut - a live version of "Please Come To Boston". Though, IMO, it doesn't come close to Reba's version (I'll never get why that wasn't released from Starting Over), he does an excellent job of it. All in all, a very solid album.

(I still wish they'd gone with "Never Gonna Feel Like That Again" as the 6th single from NS, NS, NP). I actually would have gone with "Live Those Songs" as the sixth single, but that's just me. I totally agree that this album is great from start to finish, as was NS NS NP.
