The song was good, though I don't know how well LeAnn will be accepted at country. Her last few singles there have all bombed and country radio isn't very forgiving, especially to women right now. If Lee Ann Womack, who went pop far less than LeAnn Rimes, is struggling to make the top 20, I'm not sure that LeAnn Rimes would have it any easier.

I loved the song, but she's got quite a ways to go before country radio welcomes her back.
I remember reading some article about her release of "Life Goes On" to country radio. One PD said he didn't even listen to it, just tossed it in the garbage. It'll take some work to reverse how she's perceived.

I don't see how it will do very well in the post "Twisted Angel" era. Country radio isn't clamoring for her, and ler last AC release barely climbed into the bottom of the charts.
I think she has a great voice, but lousy instincts. Also, I remember her saying several months ago that as long as the talent is there, she will have a career. I couldn't disagree more.

Maybe her country radio career is dead, but there's always the possibility of a "LeAnn Rimes Goodtime Hoedown Theatre" in Branson in her future. She could probably fill it every night. For what it's worth, she's just starting a tour, and Dann Huff's producing her next CD, due out in the fall. More info here: www.livedaily.com/news/6576.html

She has a lot of new songs released to radio lately that tanked. I hope she will come away with a runaway hit sometime soon!
