Using the chart I will publish probably with next week's chart, this week sees Gretchen Wilson's Redneck woman continue her #1 dominance for probably the last week, as Toby is right on her heels, moving to #2. Based on her declines, and his increase, which wasn't much, it's likely that Toby will take over once again as the top song next week. The next contender I see taking over after Toby at this point is Lonestar, followed by Tim McGraw. Lonestar moves 5-4, and Tim holds at 8. No new debuts this week, but watch for Alan Jackson and Rascall Flatts to penetrate next week.
I am unsure why, but I use the Wed 2am charts each week, and this is the 3rd week in a row that my numbers don't agree w/ the previous weeks. I'm wondering if 1 or 2 stations didn't report this week, thus resulting in last week's numbers being off. Most of last weeks were about 10-30 shorter than the numbers I recorded off last week's chart. Mike
