I remember hearing this song on Marcel's cd. I was hoping he was goin to release it as a single. Iam glad Josh is though.

It's okay, very unoffensive. Like "I Want To Live," it doesn't stand out for me.

I am glad this a little more "country sounding" than the first single. This is a smash!

Thank god I didn't buy this CD....nothing about his voice impresses me. The song is good enough, just don't think his voice brings anything out of it. What I am trying to say is this sounds boring and generic.

It's a fun toe-tapper. I think this one will do really well. Probably Top 5. The very fast-paced vocals may trip him up in concert though. ;)

Great Song. If he releases "Brass Bed" as the third single he could easily have three consecutive Top 10 hits.

I love Josh, but I don't like this song as much as I Want to Live. IWTL is the best country song released fo far this year, IMO.
5. Gretchen Wilson - Here For The Party 4. Sara Evans - Suds In The Bucket 3. SHeDAISY - Passenger's Seat 2. Brad Paisley - Whiskey Lullaby 1. Josh Gracin - I Want To Live

I'm so surprised that his first couple singles have been good. I love this!

I'm so surprised that his first couple singles have been good. I love this! You and I both. The first single I thought he sounded Mark Willsish, but this song really makes him stand out.

Is this Josh's most recent single? I got his album from the library and it's FIYAH! I want to chart more singles.

josh was always my favorite season 2 contestant (his version of "i'll be" won me over)... i knew he'd do good in his genre. any idea of his current sales of his cd? should be around 500,000 by now i'd think?? maybe not that much.

I thought I'd read somewhere that it had gone gold, but I can't remember.

Glad to hear about Josh' new single. Anybody watching Josh Gracin for the past two years knows he is not going away. The guy is determined and stubborn.
Lee, I totally agree about "Brass Bed". Even after not listening to the album for awhile, this is the one you remember.

Sorry, but I don't think this song is Country at all. It has a fiddle and a steel. So what. That doesn't make it country.
But he's got a great voice!

"Brass Bed" is a JAM! It's the best song on his album. I didn't return his album to the library for THREE 3-week periods because of it. There are at least a handful of single-worthy tracks on the album. I'll be buying it sometime.

Great song! Great video! I hope it goes all the way, but I'll be happy if it at least outpeaks "I Want to Live".

This is a great song like I said several months ago, and I am glad to see it doing well on the charts.
Who would have ever thought that American Idol would ever be the source of a country star.
Josh has had two top 10's so far. Impressive for a new artist.

I love this song. When I first bought this album (the day it came out) I only listened to "I Want To Love" but now I'm giving other songs a chance & there actually pretty good.

He's #5 today on Medibase. :) Back in August I predicted Top 5 for this fun song. I"m glad it's done well.

#1 who'd have thunk it.
How is his album doing now? If he continues to churn out the big hits, and has a huge lead single from his next album he could end up having the biggest selling 2nd album from American Idol 2.

A jump in spin gain over the last few days of the week. An album not in the Country Top 20 that will struggle to reach Gold certification. That smells like payola to me.
If this song takes a "Somebody" like drop soon (-800 spins by themiddle of next week), then we'll be sure.
