- VERY excited by that massive jump for "Black Magic!" I'm still totally hooked on it, so hopefully it keeps up this impressive pace. What were Little Mix's previous Top 10's/where did they peak/will BM become their biggest hit ever (because it should)? ;) - Nice to see TSGHLAM move up into your Top 10 as well. Although the hook does get stuck in my head from time to time, I still can't say that I really LOVE this one. - Uh oh...will "American Oxygen" end up being the first R8 track to miss the Top 10 after all? - Strong debut for "Worth It" - especially when it's already been out for so long. It's no "Sledgehammer", but it's definitely a jam. - Glad to see "Infinity" still chugging along. As much as I LOVE Mariah, I'm kind of over this one already. - "Shots" has really started to click with me over the past week. It's definitely a big improvement over IBML. - Go "OctaHate"! Go!
Yet another fantastic chart, Zebstin! :)

Glad to see Muse and Neon Trees continuing to rise! Also stoked that Maroon 5 hit the Top 10!
Also, what kind of 90's R&B awesomeness is your recurrents?!? Not a dud on the list!

Zebra's Top 100 - June 7, 2015 - Week 106, Week 24
Commentary: We're at the 2 year anniversary of posting my chart on Pulse! Time really does fly. It's fitting that this'll be my 8,000th post. "Lean On" finally dethrones Billie as it moves 2-1. It's the first number one for all artists involved. Billie slips 1-2 and 3-6 with "Black & White" and "I Don't Need Another Lover", respectively. Her reign over the top may be over but she's still holding strong. Karen Harding jumps 6-3 with "Say Something", and it looks to challenge for the top spot next week. "Pretty Girls" and "Coffee" are stationary at numbers 4 and 5. Little Mix inches 8-7 with "Black Magic", almost besting the number 5 peak of both "Wings" and "Move". Maroon 5 moves 10-8 with "This Summer's Gonna Hurt". Two songs blast into the top ten from outside the top twenty this week as "Overload" flies 21-9 and "Worth It" leaps 31-10. Jamie xx claims the top debut as "Loud Places" (ft. Romy) enters at number 26. "Love Me Like You Mean It" re-enters at number 50, "Riser" debuts at number 59, "Some Kind Of Heaven" at number 82, "Sangria" at number 88, "Trust You" at number 92, "Come And Get It" at number 96, "Headlights" at number 99, and "Lick My Lips" at number 99. Thanks all! <3 awww zebra through the years :'( rooting for Lean On to be your next #1! yass Worth It ikr :'( You'll be pleasantly surprised this week! Thanks boo. <3 Great to see Worth It and Classic Man debut plus Lean On in the top three. Great chart! Glad you like those! Thanks Shoosh! <3 Love the Black Magic love, and the R&Bishy recurrent list. <3 Interesting chart. As usual, will discover new hits thanks to you. :) I'm glad that you like those! Let me know if you find anything! Thanks Musicguy! <3 Omg yesss welcome back Fifth Harmony! "Worth It" better slay this time! Hope "Pretty Girls" can eek out a Top 3 peak, and I hope "American Oxygen" gets into the Top 10. <3 I also love seeing Hilary Duff, Jordin Sparks, and Janelle Monae all on the rise in the Top 20. Great second week for "Flashlight"! Glad to see RaeLynn, Cam, Ashley Monroe, and Mo Pitney all moving up a little bit still. And yay @ that debut for "The Night Is Still Young"! <3 Sara Evans in the recurrent list. Oh it will! I think "Pretty Girls" and "American Oxygen" will wind up with the peaks that you mentioned. They'll keep rising! Glad that you like the rest of those! They all keep doing well for the most part. :) Yesss Sara. :'( Thanks Indie! <3 I'm really pulling for "Stay A Little Longer" now and I love that its flying up your chart. :) I also love "I Keep Looking", "No Place That Far" and "Suds In The Bucket" in your recurrents. Did my random videos have an influence? Lol It'll fly a bit faster soon. And yes! I was inspired by them and sort of had a Sara kick for the week. Thanks Sabre! <3 C'mon Lean On! One more to go! Again, good chart. One more? Hmm. ;) Thanks! :) - VERY excited by that massive jump for "Black Magic!" I'm still totally hooked on it, so hopefully it keeps up this impressive pace. :) Re: "Black Magic" - "Black Magic" is going to smash hard. I love it. It should outpeak "Move" and "Wings" (both with number 5 peaks) in the next few weeks. :) Re: Maroon 5 - I don't LOVE it but it's enjoyable at least. Re: Rihsus - Don't count her out just yet! I plan on sending it to top ten because she needs more stans! Re: 5H - "Worth It" re-grew on me this week, so it re-entered and will smash. "Sledgehammer" is still better! Re: Mariah - I'm starting to lose interest in it also, but I still want to give it a chance because it's Mariah. :'( Re: Shots - Totally agree. So good. Thanks Paul! <3 Glad to see Muse and Neon Trees continuing to rise! Also stoked that Maroon 5 hit the Top 10! Also, what kind of 90's R&B awesomeness is your recurrents?!? Not a dud on the list! Thanks! I'm so glad that you think so about the recurrents - you have wonderful taste! <3

Yay "Headlights" debuts! Keep on pushing "Ship to Wreck", "Different Colors" and "Ain't Nobody"!
Good moves for "Peaches" and "Not Letting Go". Sad to see "Believe" going backwards. LOVE that "Desire" is inching towards top 10.
Way to go "Worth It"! Karen Harding really is the little song that could. And yay for "Lean On" at #1!
Sad to see James Bay drop out. :(

- Hmmm...no strong feelings about your new No. 1. Like it, don't love it. Nice to see Billie finally release her stranglehold on your top spots, though. ;) - Aw, such a tiny move for "Black Magic" after its huge jump last week - but your response gives me hope that there's still plenty of life left in it! - The lower half of your Top 10 is looking pretty great now, thanks to a couple of impressive leaps! No.'s 7-10 were all Top 10 hits on my chart too. :) - I've randomly gotten back into "Hold My Hand" lately. I liked it when I first downloaded it back in April, but quickly forgot about it, probably because it isn't doing much here in the States (yet?) Glad to see it's still working its way up your chart. - I finally downloaded "Fire Under My Feet" (now that it's been officially released in the UK and there's an HQ version to grab), and I'm playing it more than I expected. Should debut pretty high on my next chart. - LOL @ "Invincible" still at its No. 97 peak in its 4th week on your chart. Guess it won't be another HBS (which is understandable, since I'm not a massive fan of "Invincible" either.) Shame that this will likely end up being such a flop era for her, Hot 100-wise. - Glad to see "Lick My Lips" debut! I've never followed Katharine's career very closely, but I quite like this one.
Yet another majorly awesome chart, Zebstin! <3

<3 Re: "Lean On" - That was largely my reaction at first, but it grew on me quickly and here we are. :) Re: Billie - Rude. Re: "Black Magic" - It's coming! Re: Shared Top Tens - Yay! Re: "Hold My Hand" - It's amazing and will smash over the course of the next few weeks. Re: Leona - I really like it. Re: Kelly - It holds there in its 5th week, but I intend to at least move it up a little more. I'm not really feeling it though, especially with all of the fabulous choices on her album! Thanks Paul! <3 I count four songs that we both have in our top 20 - it's so beautiful. :'( Positions 11-20 remain flawless Truly beautiful. :'( Thanks! <3 • So good to see "Lean On" atop and "Say Something" and "Pretty Girls" in the top 5, despite I'm not into the latter~ • Cool to see "American Oxygen", "Desire", "Sparks", "The Rhythm" and "Bang That" in the Top 20. • YES! at the debut of "Loud Places" :'( • Keep going "It Feels" <3 • It's so great to see "Tom's Diner", as well as "Together", "Dead Inside", "Fire Under My Feet", "Runaway (U & I)", "Until We Can't (Let's Go)", "Different Colors", "Instant Crush" and "Ship to Wreck" on your chart. • Also, great debuts of "Some Kind of Heaven", "Come and Get It" and "Headlights". • RIP Madeon :( • Oh! And finally, but not at least, I need to check Billie Black's stuff :) Glad that you like all of those - they keep rising! I think you'll enjoy where "Loud Places" lands this week. Most of the other stuff that you mentioned will keep going also. Oh, do let me know what you think of it! I love it haha. Thanks for your feedback, Juan Carlos! <3

Zebra's Top 100 - June 14, 2015 - Week 107, Week 25
Commentary: Karen Harding jumps 3 to 1 with "Say Something" in her 19th week. This may be a record for the longest climb to the top, but I'll have to check. Anyways, she leads quite a busy chart this week. "Loud Places" blasts 26 to 2 and it looks to have a good shot at being the next chart topper. "Lean On" thus slips 1 to 3 after only one week on top. "Black Magic" cracks the top five as it leaps 7 to 4. It's officially Little Mix's highest peaking song to date. Billie slips 2 to 5 with "Black & White", and overall her chart dominance seems to be finally letting up. Don't get me wrong, I'm still obsessed with "Black & White", but really anything in my top 6 could be a number one on almost any other chart week. Speaking of the top 6, "Overload" jumps 9 to 6. "Pretty Girls" slips 4 to 7. It's likely peaked, but that's more to blame on the fact that it's seemingly getting lost in the struggle. "Worth It" advances from 10 to 8. "Coffee" slips 5 to 9, and Years & Years score their first top ten entry as "Desire" moves 12 to 10. "I Don't Need Another Lover" and "This Summer's Gonna Hurt" both drop out of the top ten this week as they fall 6 to 14 and 8 to 17, respectively. I believe that "This Summer's Gonna Hurt" has the quickest run in and out of the top ten as it did so with only 5 weeks on the chart. Several songs make notable upward movements this week. The aforementioned "Loud Places" (26-02), Jess Glynne's "Hold My Hand" (22-19), and Zac Brown Band's "Loving You Easy" (23-20) all make the top twenty this week. It's the first top twenty entry for all artists involved except Glynne, who has previously had two ("My Love", no. 2 and "Right Here", no. 7). In retrospect, "Rather Be" should've been another top twenty for Glynne and "Colder Weather" should've done the trick for Zac Brown Band. "Love Me Like You Mean It" is on the cusp of the top twenty as it leaps 50 to 22. The same goes for "Stay A Little Longer", which leaps 48 to 24. "Peaches" finally manages to break out of the bottom end of the chart as it blasts 68 to 40. "Until We Can't (Let's Go)" and "Different Colors" also make large strides this week as they advance 73 to 51 and 76 to 52, respectively. Eight songs debut this week, led by Ciara's "Dance Like We're Making Love" at number 67. Can it become Ciara's first top ten? Likely. Lady Antebellum finally returns to the chart as "Long Stretch Of Love" enters at number 72. "Break Up With Him" gives Old Dominion their first entry as it debuts at number 81. It's closely followed by Jennifer Hudson's "I Still Love You" at number 82. Expect big things from Hudson's entry. "Can't Feel My Face" debuts at number 89, "House Party" debuts at number 91, "Psycho" enters at number 96, and "California Dreamin'" rounds out the debuts as it enters at number 100. Also, look for an all time countdown to start sometime in the near-ish future. I'm working on compiling that now! Great number one for both the current & recurrent. Karen Harding & Nelly Furtado!!! I was a huge fan of "Say It Right" back then and I still have the "Loose" album on CD.

Zebra's Top Songs Of The First 100 Weeks: 20-1 About time I finished this! Sorry for being so late, these past few weeks have been crazy! Enjoy! :) 20. "Shut Up And Dance" - Walk The Moon (2014/2015): "Shut Up And Dance" is an infectiously catchy jam that always makes me want to dance. It peaked at number one earlier this year, but its run was effectively cut in half between the two years and thus it wasn't as high as it could have been on my 2014 year end list. Anyways, I still haven't grown tired of it and it remains as fun as the first time that I heard it. 19. "Young And Beautiful" - Lana Del Rey (vs. Cedric Gervais) [2013]: The original "Young And Beautiful" debuted at number one a few weeks before I began posting my chart here and thus it was still in my top ten once I began posting. It's gorgeous. I love the orchestral instrumentation and Lana's voice is at its best here. Such a beautiful song that I've yet to tire of. The Cedric Gervais remix gave it a second wind and caused it to hit number one all over again. 18. "No Rest For The Wicked" - Lykke Li (2014): I love the moodiness of this one. She's beating herself up for making mistakes that caused her to lose the one she loves. In this case she is the wicked because she broke his heart. Everything about this conveys her sadness brilliantly - the melodramatic songwriting, her vocals that are filled with anguish, and the thundering production that reminds me of a thunderstorm. It's a go-to listen when I'm feeling down and simply an essential in my playlist period. It only peaked at number 10, but it deserved so much more. 17. "Gone, Gone, Gone" - Phillip Phillips (2013): I LOVE Phillip Phillips. "Home" was a huge number one smash in 2012 and then "Gone, Gone, Gone" allowed him to score a number one. It's a charming song about being there for someone and loving them even after they're gone. At the time it kind of seemed like a default chart topper, but it's definitely stood the test of time and is one of my favorites. 16. "Love Me Like You Do" - Ellie Goulding (2015): Fifty Shades of Grey may have been an awful movie, but its soundtrack is brilliant. "Love Me Like you Do" is the clear standout for me. The chorus is an earworm and always gets stuck in my head. I love her delivery here and she sounds like she's filled with love and passion. At any rate, it's one of my favorite major pop hits of the year (though that doesn't say much - I've hated most of them) and is just a pleasant listen in general. It spent three weeks on top early this year. 15. "Riptide" - Vance Joy (2013/2014): "Riptide" is definitely one of the first songs that comes to mind when I'm thinking of songs that have aged well. I really love Joy's vocals and the nonsensical lyrics add a nice touch of humor. It's definitely a pleasant listen overall and it should've been much, much bigger than it was. It spent two weeks at number one in Spring 2014 and had spectacular longevity. 14. "Royals" - Lorde (2013): "Royals" is an essential pick when I'm listing my favorite songs of 2013. I really loved how simple it was. The minimal production allowed Lorde's vocals to shine. I also enjoy the lyrics. They're so much fun to sing along to and definitely relatable. "Royals" was the first of three number ones for Lorde, and it spent two weeks at the summit. Should've been three though as "Roar" sucks ass and in retrospect it shouldn't have even dented my chart - not to mention topping it. Anyways, that's besides the point. At one point "Royals" was my favorite song of 2013, but I hardly ever revisit it. It's great for nostalgia though! 13. "Girl Crush" - Little Big Town (2015): God I love "Girl Crush" so much. I've previously mentioned that Little Big Town is one of my favorite artists out there nowadays, but "Girl Crush" took my love for them to a whole new level. I love how unusual it is in its approach. It address wanting to be like the woman who has her man so that the man will love the narrator like he loves his new fling. The songwriting is beautiful and the production is so simple that the focus is purely on the narrators's saddened vocals. "Girl Crush" makes me feel like someone has stole my partner even though I'm single, lol. It's sad but it's so wonderful. Thankfully I gave it a peak that it deserved (number one, one week), and I would love for it to take off a la "Need You Now". 12. "Do What U Want" - Lady Gaga ft. R. Kelly (2013): JAM. When I first heard "Do What U Want" I was beyond obsessed. I listened to it at least 50 times that weekend, which is really rare for me. I loved how it was a departure in sound from "Applause" and how it hearkened to her Fame Monsterdays. Gaga's vocals are wonderful here (as always duh) and I really love how explosive the choruses are. It's so much fun to sing along to and it stands among Gaga's best even to this day. Unfortunately the lack of a video hindered it from getting a more fitting peak on the Hot 100, but it made it to number one for four weeks on my chart. That alone causes it to almost rank in the top ten, but the fact that it remains so fun definitely helps. 11. "Partition" - Beyoncé (2014): Speaking of jams, here we have "Partition". It's SO much fun to listen to, to sing along to, and to dance to (but that rarely happens because I have the dancing skills of a dying chicken) and was an anthem for the second half of Freshman year. It brings out the ratchet whore in everyone. :'( Anyways, I must have listened to the preview alone for this like 60 times the night it was released. The beat is what initally drew me in but I LOVE the "Yoncé" segment. "Sneezed on the beat and the beat got sicka" is seriously one of my favorite lines ever, lol. "Partition" definitely oozes sex appeal and is all around just a fun song with a lot of nostalgia attached to it. "Partition" peaked at number one for two weeks. Where do I even begin to rank these? My god this is hard but here goes! 10. "Tennis Court" - Lorde (2013): "Royals" was my longtime favorite from Lorde, but "Tennis Court" quickly won me over. I love the "YEAH" portions and the dark atmosphere of this one. If we're talking about nostalgia this definitely brings some back. I listened to this in the first few weeks of college and was immediately obsessed. I played the video a ton when I first heard it, and it's a great video. Simple yet beautiful. Then I downloaded Spotify and for a while I believe this was my most played song. That's until Gaga snatched that record and before Beyoncé snatched it from her, but still "Tennis Court" has held up really well and is deserving of a top ten spot. Hell, the fact that it narrowly beat "Partition" for a top ten placement is pretty impressive. It only spent one week at number one. 09. "Pompeii" - Bastille (2013/2014): "Pompeii" had me hooked on first listen. It's performed in a way that's almost anthemic. It's only grown on me more with time and it definitely takes me right back to Summer 2013, a summer when I started to become more independent and a summer of endings - and beginnings. When I began this list I knew that it would be nearly impossible to rank the top ten, but I knew that "Pompeii" had to be in it. It hasn't aged a bit and had the longevity to prove it. Also, "Pompeii" is in rare air - every other song to rank in the top ten hit number one. "Pompeii" unfortunately got blocked at number two behind a song that is yet to come. 08. "Say You Love Me" - Jessie Ware (2014/2015): At the time that I compiled this list, "Say You Love Me" was my absolute favorite song of the year so far (despite the fact that it was released in 2014, lol). I'm not sure if that still rings true (Brandon Flowers and Billie Black are certainly giving Jessie a run for her money), but that doesn't deny the fact that "Say You Love Me" is a damn good song. Ware's passionate vocals make this such an enchanting listen. My god every time I listen to this I am blown away by her vocals. She kind of reminds me of Sade in the fact that her voice is so smooth and warming. That final chorus is impossible to not to try (and fail) to sing along with. Somebody better say that they love her because damn she really cares for them. Ed Sheeran helped to write it and it shows - the songwriting is beautiful. I could go on and on, but regardless I'm so glad that I discovered this. It peaked at number one early this year. 07. "Counting Stars" - OneRepublic (2013): I discovered this early on during its time as a single and it even appeared on my very first chart. It was only just rising, though, and it was still twenty or so weeks out from being a number one hit (actually that may be the record, Karen Harding eat your heart out). I love how it sounds like a chant and how much fun it is. It's pure bliss each and every time I listen to it, and it's one of the few songs to be played into the ground on radio and to still come out as one of my favorites. It spent over 40 weeks on my chart and reminds me of Freshman year and the wonder that it held. 06. "Do I Wanna Know?" - Arctic Monkeys (2013): This was a grower for sure. I wasn't too impressed with it when I first heard it, but once it hit it hit. It ended up spending three weeks at number one (competing with "Do What U Want", also a monster). I love how dark it is - it just seems to have a moody atmosphere. I played the hell out of this Freshman year, and for good reason. I never grew tired of it. Like most of the songs in this region, it had massive longevity and is still an essential in my playlist. 05. "XO" - Beyoncé (2013/2014): I was torn about which Beyoncé song to include in my top ten (lbr I had to include at least one), and obviously the winner turned out to be "XO". "XO" has the rare accomplishment of spending five weeks at number one on my chart during this 100 week period (it's only happened twice and no song has spent more weeks at the top since). I love it. It's euphoric, really. It symbolizes pure joy and love and is my go-to listen when I'm happy or even sad - it always cheers me up. I always sing along without fail. Beyoncé's vocals sound so raw here, but they're still wonderful. This has aged like a fine wine - extremely well. Also, it should be noted that it spent five weeks at number one while competing with the monster that was "Habits" (it prevented it from spending more than one week at number one), which hasn't appeared yet. I stanned hard for this and for Beyoncé in general this era. 04. "Summertime Sadness" - Lana Del Rey vs. Cedric Gervais (2013): The original "Summertime Sadness" was perfect and remains so. It was one of my biggest hits of 2012 and was still in heavy rotation during most of 2013. The Cedric Gervais remix took my love for this song to a whole new level. Lana's vocals paired with EDM beats are blissful (who knew?). I still slightly prefer the original, but the remix is fabulous and does the song justice. The fact that this hit the top ten on the Hot 100 (when I actually still cared about following it) and gave Lana the hit that she so deserved is incredible. This was perfect for summer and is a highlight of 2013. Gorgeous. 03. "Follow Your Arrow" - Kacey Musgraves (2013/2014): Kacey is such a breath air in the country music scene. I was enamored with her from the first time that I ever heard "Merry Go 'Round", and my love for her only grew stronger with this one. It's an anthem for people to be themselves, no matter how society may judge them. It isn't cliché, either. Her songwriting here is brilliant and I love the bits of humor that she inserts into the lyrics. The message of "Follow Your Arrow" certainly rings true. It doesn't matter what other people think as long as you are happy being yourself and doing what you're doing, a realization that I came to throughout 2014. This remains perfect and is definitely a contender to be one of my top ten favorite country songs of all time and on my all time chart you'll see it represented well. 02. "Habits" - Tove Lo (2014): It's heartbreaking to have to choose between these last two, but ultimately this has to settle for the runner up position. It's one of my biggest hits ever, and I think it might hold the longevity record. Invince helped me to discover it and once I heard it for the first time I was hooked. I played it at least 50 times over the course of two days and it debuted straight at number one. As I mentioned with "XO", this song interrupted "XO"'s massive five week run at number one, which was no small feat. It quickly left the top ten, though, but it had staying power. I always found myself coming back to it and loving it even more with each listen. It never burned on me during the course of its run. This is one of my favorite pop hits in recent memory. I love how melancholy the lyrics are. She's trying to drown her pain with substances that she knows won't really help her. The lyrics definitely help to make it gritty and realistic as she describes her daily routine. Anyways, I adore this song, even if I haven't played it much since it dropped off. 01. "Radioactive" - Imagine Dragons (2013): For a while I had "Habits" pegged as my surefire number one and this was initially at number two. "Habits" is chart points wise probably the biggest hit on my chart out of this bunch (not counting weeks spent on before or after this period), but "Radioactive" definitely holds a special place in my heart and thus earns its placement here. It was my favorite song for almost all of 2013 and even through many milestones. Due to this song's massive seven week run at number one, it was my number one when I graduated (the week before this frame), on my 18th birthday (same), and when I was going to orientation for college. It even held in the top ten for long enough to be one of the biggest hits of my first semester of college. Besides, this song perfectly captures my musical tastes during 2013. I was obsessed with Imagine Dragons and I couldn't get enough of their album. This was always my go-to, though. I believe the main reason of why I love it so much, though, is the fact that there is so much nostalgia tied to it. It was number one during so much of the summer and it is great for reliving some great memories. I haven't listened to it as much after it dropped off of my chart, but there's no denying that this has certainly earned its placement.
Finally finished! I really enjoyed presenting this countdown despite the numerous delays, and part of that enjoyment was definitely due to every who followed both this and my weekly charts. I really appreciate the likes, the comments, the enthusiasm, everything. Y'all are awesome, and I can't wait to spend many more weeks posting my chart here! Also, now that I've finished this I can concentrate on my all-time countdown (2009-present, of course) so expect that soon-ish! Thanks again for following! <3

"Worth It" and "Love Me Like You Mean It" slaying <333 Nice to see "Sparks," "Hey Mama," "Yoga," and "Double Tap" all inching up in the Top 20. Now if only "American Oxygen" could finally sneak into the Top 10 for a week! :'( Also, great jumps for RaeLynn and Mo Pitney!! Love seeing Jessie J, Cam, Nicki Minaj, and Blake Shelton all also moving up. And great debuts this week! Especially for Ciara, Lady A, and Sam Hunt.
