i'm gonna guess that if Billboard didn't include November 30 for the 2019 chart year, the year end will be out tomorrow, but if they did, it will be out next week

Last year Billboard ended their charts on November 17, 2018. It took them over two weeks to get their year-end lists since that date. If Billboard follows the same pattern as they did then, they will have to cut the year-end list out at November 16, 2019 for it to be out tomorrow. So otherwise it will be out next week.

I wonder if the delay in releasing the weekly Billboard Hot 100 chart has anything to do with releasing the 2019 year end chart.

It's quite possible.

Today's hot 100 is already out, I think the year end list won't be today
I think in 2017 it was on a Saturday

If it doesn't come out later today, expect it soon.

since the 2019 year-end list isn't out yet, i would assume it will be next week. since the 11/30 week will be 2 weeks before then, i'm thinking they'll have it included. (which is good news for songs like "lover")

You're right, they released it on the same week they released the December 8th, 2018 charts, which was exactly 3 weeks after the last week of the 2018 year end charts were. So for November 30th to be included, I assume they would release it 2 weeks from now, while it would be released next week if it isn't. Of course they do not have to follow this pattern like they did last year, so the year end charts can still be released at any time with any scenario. I personally still think November 24th, 2018 will be included but not November 30th, 2019.

Hi! this is bloo8, I'm new. So anyway, DJ Earworm is about to drop this years United State of Pop 2019 mashup video this month. Featuring the top 25 (with twelve no. 1s, and thirdteen Top 10 hits), so what are you guys expecting what songs will be in the mashup?

I joined about a week ago and its defently a great place to discus music . Second of all, i think most of the YE Top 25 will be in it, with maybe Lover & ME! in the chart. I could also see hot girl bummer ans SLOW DANCONG IN THE DARK makinh it

He mostly uses songs that peaked Top 10 in the Billboard Hot 100 through out the year, which eliminates the possibility of "Hot Girl Bummer" and "Slow Dancing In The Dark" being used. But, if they continue their rise on the charts, 2020 USPOP would welcome those two songs. And "Lover"? Too late though, 2020 would be its place.

Both has potential to be featured and personally, I really want those two to be heard in 2020 USPOP. Songs like "Memories", "Highest In The Room", and "10,000 Hours" came and peaked too late and likely gonna be used for next year.

Its been more stable then i thought it would be for the last few weeks but its only real strength is streaming so if that beguns to fall its all over for it. I actually think it might be the first #1 to not make any YE lists in awhile. But i might be wrong

Originally, DJ Earworm's USoP mixes used strictly the Billboard top 25 of the year. But in the past few years, he's relaxed that rule. He excludes songs that were in the previous years mix and includes tracks from late in the year.
So I could see HIGHEST IN THE ROOM and Selena's track could make it.
Maybe even Dance Monkey.

there was a thread up earlier today saying the year ends were supposed to come out at 8-9 A.M. today but it looks like pulse mods deleted it, i think we’ll just have to wait until next week

The more I think about it, it seems the 2019 Year-End charts would be released next Wednesday. That's the day the 2019 Was the Year That ... article would be published, assuming they continue to publish them one each day even this weekend.

pretty sure it's 11/24/2018-11/16/2019 lmaoooo This should be considered the Spanish Inquisition year-end because nobody expected that! It also effectively means this week's chart is the THIRD chart of 2020! (Nov 23, Nov 30, Dec 7) This hugely improves AIWFCIY's chances on the 2020 year-end too.

I think that from here on out we're just gonna have to assume that it's always gonna be 3rd full week of November of the year before to the 2nd full week of November that year
For Example I'm gonna call the tracking weeks for 2020 as: 11/23/19-11/14/20
