Damn that's a good album cover! Sara Evans looks amazing (her legs!!). The style of the cover reminds me of the Stronger cover a little bit, which I also liked a lot, but I like this one even more. That clock is a great backdrop and her pose is perfect. I'm really pleased with this artwork! Sara Evans has a "Behind the Scenes" video on her website from her recording process for this album, as well as the final tracklisting (which is the same as the one Roughstock "announced" a few days ago): saraevans.com/slowmedown-studiovideo-cover

According to windmillsmusic.tumblr.com/post/72505643909/jason-aldean-upcoming-album-cuts these are the confirmed album cuts so far off Jason Aldean's upcoming 2014 album. "Burn It Down" (Tony Martin, Mark Nesler, Tom Shapiro) "Gonna Know Where We Are" (Brett Beavers, Brett James) "If My Truck Could Talk" (Wendell Mobley, Andrew Pates, Neil Thrasher) "Old Boots" (Lee Miller, Tom Shapiro, Neil Thrasher) "Too Fast" (Lee Miller, Chris Stapleton) "Trying To Love You" (a.k.a "Trying To Love Me") (Hillary Lindsey, Wendell Mobley, Neil Thrasher) "Two Night Town" (Brett James, Tim Nichols)

I know back in December at a Craig Campbell concert I attended, he said he was thinking about cutting If My Truck Could Talk and he also played it. I liked the song and I would think of it as more of a Drive Your Truck type of song. It has depth/story to it.

Good to see another Chris Stapleton co-write. Chris is performing at the Sundance Film Festival next week for the CMA Songwriters Series. He's performing along with Brandy Clark, Brett James, and Lee Ann Womack.
The Hillary Lindsey co-write, "Trying To Love You", seems like it could be a duet, based off that title.
I am guessing that "When She Says Baby" will be the last single from Jason's Night Train album.

"If My Truck Could Talk" (Wendell Mobley, Andrew Pates, Neil Thrasher) Interesting concept. Indeed. "If My Truck Could Talk"...it would say, 'I must be a celebrity! They sing about me in every song!' ;)

"If My Truck Could Talk" (Wendell Mobley, Andrew Pates, Neil Thrasher) Interesting concept. My interpretation = If My Truck Could Talk it would say "Give me a rest from your hell raising Friday nights for once" . Edit: Why does Jamie always beat me to the punch

March 18Jamie O'Neal " Eternal" (Shanachie Entertainment/Momentum Label Group) The album will include 11 songs, 10 of which are covers of classic hits. You can read about the project in this GAC article. AllAccess confirms the March 18th release date, as well.

She had Like A Woman in 2008 but that went unreleased. Along with a unreleased album for Mercury in 2003 after "Every Little Thing" only peaked at #34.

Interested in the new Jamie O'Neal project, but like someguy I wish it was an album of original material. Even though her career as a viable country radio act is over, she still only has two albums to her name to date, so a covers album seems a bit pre-mature to me. That said, I like a good covers album if I like the singer ( Classic by Terri Clark, Timeless by Martina McBride, Lady & Gentlemen by LeAnn Rimes are some of my faves there), and I have been waiting awhile to see what she does with her new record label, so I'm still interested to see what she puts out. Hopefully a fourth CD of original songs will at least be in the not-so-distant future.

Sorry for the confusion, so yeah she only has 2 released commercially; I just meant for myself it's be nice to have a 4th.

I love "Naive". Such a missed opportunity not releasing that as a single.

fe_lipeoliveira Interesting. So essentially half the album was still released then. Looks like that strategy worked out pretty well since one of the new songs, "Somebody's Hero" became her biggest hit outside of the two No. 1 hits from her debut era. That said, I'm sure that that at least one of the other six on the original On My Way to You set would've been better than "Girlfriends." I wish Like a Woman would've been released though. I love all three of the singles that were supposed to be on it, especially the title track and "God Don't Make Me Mistakes," which are definitely my Top 2 Jamie O'Neal songs, period. Such a shame that both of them stalled out in the 40's. :'(
