Exactly. Not to mention it was a complete free event, no one force anyone to be there. Mariah has never done what happened last night, yes she's been late a few times but she's never not done a schedule show. Who knows what exactly went down, but like Coco said sh!t happens in showbiz, she apologized, let's move on.

@ saying it's OK to spit in someone's face. It's really easy for someone who wasn't there to mock fans who waited for 3 hours in the cold and rain but hey, the beauty of being in NYC is that these events are possible and accessible, given that they actually occur.

Anyway.

I'm glad Mariah apologized. It sucks though because last night, I was willing to overlook what I thought was just her typical diva tardiness just to hear her do a couple songs, but now that I am no longer going to dinner in Times Square, I'll have to settle with watching her on TV like pretty much everyone else. I hope she does a great job and I'm still looking forward to her Christmas show at Beacon Theater in a few weeks. I bet that place is going to be decorated immaculately for her.
